He was allowed to be himself whilst he was there and he settled well and was happy. He enjoyed socialising with the staff and got on well with them. He was able to live his life to the full as much as his illness would allow. The staff team were very caring not only to him but to myself also. They were very approachable, listened and work really hard.
As an essential caregiver I was allowed to still provide 1:1 care for my husband as well as take him out on short trips in the car. I want to thank the staff for their kindness and support during a very difficult and emotional time.
