Overall Experience
The staff appear to be well in control and understand the needs of residents and any emergency situations. Cleanliness and safety seem to be well in hand and considering the amount of footfall, is under control. Guests are made welcome and greeted on arrival.

On arrival, the upstairs accommodation is, obviously, in need of refurbishment, but after a week of my mother being in the home, it was apparent that the care she received was first rate and this was what was important. From the managers, receptionists, nurses, carers, cleaners, everyone was so pleasant and kind, and my mother was treated with the utmost respect until her recent death. She was kept comfortable and pain-free.

My father is very happy and well cared for. The staff are very attentive and always have time to discuss with my father how he is.
They make you feel very welcome always offering refreshments. A very homely place set in lovely surroundings.
