Everyone and everything is excellent about Yorklea. Our dad was here for a few months. The care is exceptional. Dad loved it there. All the best in the future to everyone that works here. If you’re lucky enough to get a placement here, you will be more than happy.

Thank you very much for your kind review, Mandy. I will pass on your messages to ensure everyone at Yorklea hears your kind words.
I've been visiting a friend in Yorklea twice a week for five years and have nothing but praise for the quality of care she receives. The staff are friendly, caring and really get to know the residents, helped by the fact that the staff turnover is very low, this, in turn, reflects the commitment to and investment in staff training. A wonderful place.
Hi, thank you for your kind review. We are incredibly proud of our team and the care and dedication they show in their approach and are delighted that you feel this way. We will relay your lovely comments to our staff.
When you walk into the home it does not smell awful like some I've been to. Staff are friendly and ready to help. The person I visit is treated with respect and dignity. Also, the other person who was also there for a very short time as they were ill and at the latter stage of their illness. If they needed the bathroom, although they were busy, they took the time to take that person even though it was a false alarm. They brought the person back with no fuss or bother.
