Trevor has received excellent care during his 3 years at Thames House. The staff are all very caring and keep family well informed. Its peace of mind that our loved one are being looked after so well.

Overall Experience

All the staff at Thames House are all considerate respectful and courteous at all times in person or on the telephone. They always keep me informed about Gary's health wellbeing and healthcare needs.

Overall Experience

They have done a great job with my dad when he recently had to attend hospital special praise to Becky (Thames House) Dad name Bob. Things improved recently keep it up.

When I visit Thames House the staff are wonderful. They do everything they can to ensure that you feel like you are home. They are personable and professional and keen to go out of their way to help.

Overall Experience

I cannot praise the staff enough for the continued care and support they have not only given to my mum but to me also. The care is outstanding and I could not ask for more for my mum.

Overall Experience
I visit my brother-in-law each week, taking my husband (who has Huntington's Disease) with me.

We are welcomed by everyone we see and offered a drink immediately. l we are told of forthcoming events and also given an update on brother-in-law's health, nothing is too much trouble.
