Thank you for this review and for raising this issue. I will discuss with the home manager if there are any different communication methods to allow you to exit the home in a quicker manner at the end of your visit. We do take the security of the home and our residents very seriously, and I am sure you can appreciate this is often a difficult issue to balance correctly.
