I am the son of one of the residents there and since the day my father was admitted , he has never been happier in the last 2 years and we are so glad that we chose Sairam for his care
We could not have chosen a better care home then this care home
Well done everyone and we wish that he spends his rest of his life happily at this care home
All the staff are accommodating and helpful in all aspects of his care and comfort
He is really treated with the dignity that he deserves at this stage of his life
Congratulations to the activity staff for all the activities they make the residents engage in to keep their mind in great health
The rooms are cleaned everyday and all the residents items are kept securely if of high value

The fact that he feels well looked after, and that the home is kept scrupulously clean, speaks volumes about the standards being maintained.Its also lovely to hear how efficient the laundry service is and that the activities are so well organisedits often the little touches like these that make such a big difference to daily life.Appreciate the balanced perspective on the food and response times as well. The home put on lots of special fun events & we went to several of them. All the residents seem to enjoy them & to watch the kindness & effort the staff put on was amazing. The home was always kept clean & fresh smelling & the residents were respected, very clean & presentable.
When dad was at end of life, we were able to come & go as we pleased to be with him in his last few days of life. Staff gave my dad great dignity & were helpful & respectful of our last moments with him.
10/10 for the manager, nurses, assistants, cleaning & cooking & admin staff. Set in a great location close to the sea.
