My wife has been a resident @ cherry trees, since 2014. After a few issues early on in her residency the treatment & care has been excellent. The staff are very attentive & nothing is to much trouble. Having said this I am very happy to let my wife stay in this good & warm environment

I think the staff work so hard and always seem to treat all the residents with kindness and respect.

The Weekend staff I see regularly are always so welcoming and are always interacting with my nanna! It was hard for us to put her in a home but with this home being around the corner it is easier for us to see her and we know she's in good hands! If there has been any issues in the past they have been dealt with professionally! I Can't thank you enough for all the long hours you do away from your own family to look after my family! Thank you to all the staff at Cherry trees for caring for my Nanna we Appriciate u all X

I can honestly say all the staff are amazing with my brother,they can't do enough for him and me when I visit.He arrived here in march and as come on immensely after having a stroke.They always keep me updated with his progress.He absolutely loves it here his room is immaculately clean 24/7,so thankyou everyone of yous for great service,much appreciated.

The Social worker for my parents found them a place in Mabbs Hall. I am so happy that she did because my parents have settled in really well, they say the staff are extremely kind and caring and they feel totally safe and well looked after. The food is good and they are very content and calm. They both have dementia at varying stages and they are treated with kindness, respect and dignity. It is the best outcome possible for their care needs. The manager is wonderful, very approachable and a great communicator. She and her staff make a happy and efficient team. I've nothing negative today say about Mabbs Hall, my experience so far is 100% positive.

Father's Day pub - great idea to get dads & families together . Thanks Beth & your team for organising a lovely afternoon out in the garden on the new comfy chairs - great improvement to the garden . Dale did a good job with the pie & burgers & amazing banofi pie which my husband scoffed ! Another successful event - Thankyou Orchid x

A fabulous Father's Day meal organised by the team. The food was lovely and Beth and Jemma made sure everyone was very well looked after. So much effort and thought goes into these events that mean so much. Thankyou

Staff are caring and treat the residents respectfully. The rooms are clean and spacious with on-suite facilities. The food is plentiful, with choices to please most people. There is an excellent activities team that do their best to keep the residents active both mentally and physically.

Great staff here, it's gives me peace of mind that he is being well looked after.

An exceptional, true five-star care home - my brother is thriving

My brother has been at Newlands Care Home for over six months, and his health improved from the very day he arrived. His quality of life has completely turned around in every aspect, and the home has a beautifully clean, warm, and comfortable environment. He loves getting involved in the daily activities, especially the memory games, discussing music, and playing bingo.

They even hosted a fantastic BBQ today, and it was wonderful to see all the residents sitting outside enjoying the sunshine together. Every time I visit, the staff are so friendly, genuine, helpful, and incredibly welcoming to me. The team is always patient and immediately on hand to help whenever needed. Knowing he is looked after so well gives our family total peace of mind. This is absolutely a five-star care home.

I am really impressed with Cavell Manor and I'm very grateful that they look after my mum so well. There is a very calm, caring and relaxed atmosphere which makes for an upbeat environment. The building and the rooms are bright, clean and welcoming. The residents have a café area in reception with tea and cakes and there is a family feel of mixing together residents, staff and visitors which means it doesn't feel institutionalised which some homes can. The food is good and there are lots of activities and facilities laid on but there's a good balance of freedom and independence but with the right amount of encouragement to join in. The staff are so patient and try very hard to accommodate the different personalities of the residents and it is reassuring to have medical help always available. Credit is due to the whole team at Cavell Manor because they have provided not only the physical care and comforts for their residents but also a sense of a happy community which is much rarer.

I cant wait to see what's ahead.

I have been blown away by the genuine care and compassion shown by all team members at Orchid - it feels very much like a home from home and is clean and tidy with a welcoming feel. My mother is very happy and loves all the carers!

Since going into Orchid House, our father and our family have been shown nothing but kindness and understanding. It was a difficult decision for us all for dad to leave his home but the transition was made a comfortable as possible and it's lovely to see him safe and settled.

All of the staff - carers, management, admin, catering, maintenance, activities coordinator are exceptional. They all care for the residents as if they are members of their own family, and there is a caring, warm, family atmosphere throughout the whole of the home. My mum, who has dementia, clearly feels loved, safe and secure. The activities at the home are amazing and the food is excellent.We are always made to feel so welcome when we visit. We couldn't wish for a better place for my mum to live.

Well what can I say it's been another year of being a part of the CherryTrees family. The carers go above and beyond to make sure the needs of my uncle are met in a timely respectful professional approach I never wanted my uncle, to reside in a care home as I always worried he'd feel his independence was gone. This is not the case he's treated with the upmost respect by all staff members. Not only are the care needs of the residents met all visitors are taken care of to I often joke with staff I'm booking myself in for a few weeks. The Manager, and Senior Care Manager are always very vocal with family of residents ensuring we know if anything no matter how little or big is bothering us we must speak to them about it and appropriate action would be taken if needed. I'm a little sad 2 members of staff have left this year for new ventures but, we wish them well with their future/current employers. They are going to be so lucky to have them
