I cannot speak highly enough of the care home where my grandmother has been living. From the moment she moved in, we've seen such a positive transformation in her wellbeing. The team consistently go above and beyond to create a warm, respectful and nurturing environment for all residents. Every time
we visit, we're welcomed with smiles and kindness, it truly feels like a second family. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and clearly take great pride in their work. My grandmother is always well cared for, her room is kept spotless, and she frequently tells us how much she enjoys the daily activities, especially the music sessions and garden walks. The facilities are excellent - bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and safety. Meals are well-balanced and tailored to individual preferences, and it's so reassuring to know that the medical and personal care she receives is both thorough and dignified. We're grateful for the regular updates and open communication.

I am very happy with the excellent service and care provided by the Sairam Villa care home employees and manager
I am the son of one of the residents there and since the day my father was admitted , he has never been happier in the last 2 years and we are so glad that we chose Sairam for his care
He is very happy with all the staff looking after him and also the food that he eats there satisfies him
We could not have chosen a better care home then this care home
Well done everyone and we wish that he spends his rest of his life happily at this care home
All the staff are accommodating and helpful in all aspects of his care and comfort
He is really treated with the dignity that he deserves at this stage of his life
Congratulations to the activity staff for all the activities they make the residents engage in to keep their mind in great health
The rooms are cleaned everyday and all the residents items are kept securely if of high value

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful care my mother receives at Sairam Care Home. From the moment she arrived the staff and manager have been incredibly attentive, compassionate and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make sure she feels at home even when she is not
well. A special mentions goes to the event organisers who do a fantastic job keeping the residents engaged and entertained with the variety of activities they arrange brings so much joy and helps create a lovely warm community atmosphere with events throughout the year and my mother has something to look forward to which makes a real difference in her happiness and well-being. Also special thanks to the manager who has been helpful.

I've had a wonderful experince with Sairam Villa Care Home. My mother-in-law has been receiving excellent care. The staff are compassionate attentive and go the extra mile to ensure residents feel comfortable. I appreciate how the caregivers treat residents and respect. The team regularly organise engaging
activities and my mother-in-law enjoys them.
I'm always informed about my mother-in-law's health and well-being. The home is clean and welcoming and has a warm atmosphere. I am grateful to staff and manager.

My mum has been happy in the time she has been here. She has been given good care and attention from the polite staff. Her special diet is looked after . Communication is easy as most of the staff are compliant with her language which is very helpful.

I can not thank all the staff enough! They work tirelessly to look after all the residents providing a very high standard of care. They communicate with all the relatives on regular basis to make sure nothing is missed in providing their care. They keep all the residents well entertained with all the
activities planned. Their diet is well looked after. All the staff are so caring and compassionate with the residents. My dear mother in law is really thriving at the age of 91 years in their care. Highly recommend this place!

Facilities are spotless. Staff treat my mother with dignity and care and go above and beyond and has a family feel. They answer all my questions and always willing to help. There's an excellent cultural fix as they provides Indian vegetarian food, celebrates Hindu festivals and religious occasions.
The outstanding activities and trips are wonderfully organised. This keeps my mother engaged and active. These give the much enjoyment and happiness and are captured on photos. Overall excellent staff and environment.

This care home has a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff are helpful. The staff were able to meet my mother's individual needs as well. Most importantly, staff can speak in Gujarati so mum feels comfortable.
Mum enjoys home style type of food without onions and garlic that she is used to.
Mum
looks forward to all the activities which keep her busy- bhajans, outings, prayers and gentle exercises.
I really appreciate the availability of a nurse to meet the health needs of mum. She is settled well in the home.

It's been 2 months since we admitted our beloved mum to Sairam Home. It was a decision that we made with a heavy heart.
However, I can say that by admitting our mum at Sairam Home we feel that we have made the right decision.
It's very difficult for me to comment on how my mum feels as she has dementia.
As for our family, we are quite happy with the facilities at Sairam Care Home. We find the staff very supportive. The care home looks great and very welcoming.

This care home is a friendly and professional establishment. We had to make a decision quickly to take my grandmother there. Lucky for us, there was a space for her within the week of us visiting prior to making the decision.
She was unsettled at first but the care staff at the home made her comfortable.
She thinks that all the care staff are her daughters or sisters which is nice.
The food to which we have been told when we as a family go and visit her is nice. We get regular updates from the care home and also phone calls. Some of the care home staff are very friendly and also they can sit down with you and have a chat about what the next plan of action is to take.
Overall, We would recommend it as we have been given a lot of good reviews about this care home.

A very professional outfit, Run very effectively by the Centre manager and the team. Always friendly and willing to help residents and family to make sure the residence is always comfortable.

I am pleased with the care received from the home for my sister.
She has been looked after with care and understanding. In the beginning she was given one to one for a period of time now the care has been reduced as necessary.

My review is there needs to be more training on moving/handling/position sitting on non-mobility patients and more observation for trained staff to assist with this patient in a specific situation.
I would stress more training before being allowed to go into this care.

The way the staff looked after my sister after a fall was exemplary. All staff showed so much compassion, especially after having to wait more than 3 hours for an ambulance.
The phone call received whilst she was in the hospital to ask how she was.
Also, all staff were genuinely asking about her.

My mother was a very happy resident at Sairam Villa from March 2020 to October 2023. The staff were all so very caring, respectful, warm and friendly that she began to consider Sairam as her home. The companionship she received improved her health and sense of well-being. I have the deepest respect
for the management and staff for the care they gave to my mother. I will be forever grateful to all of them.

Our mother was a resident from October 2019 till March 2024, when she sadly left us aged nearly 91 years. Throughout this period she was cared by Sairam with respect, dignity, and compassion. This was done by all the different staff from personal carers, ancillary staff, kitchen staff, team leaders,
registered nurses, activities coordinator, administrators, the visiting GP and the home manager. There were numerous aspects that made our mother's stay fulfilling, including participating in the variety of activities, festivals, celebrations, family visits, etc. The basic core services such as personal care, hygiene, food and nutrition, medication, health and wellness were provided really well. Staff showed genuine care. Thank you again for enabling our mother’s final years of her life to be comfortable, respectful, and peaceful.
