With over 20 years of experience in the care sector, I have dedicated my career to making a difference in the lives of others. Starting at the age of 15, I have grown and developed in every role, gaining hands-on experience and deepening my passion for quality care. For the past 15 years, I have been a manager, leading teams with compassion and expertise. I hold a degree in dementia care and a Level 5 qualification in management, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking, camping, staying active, and socializing. Most importantly, I cherish time with my husband and daughter, balancing my love for family with my commitment to care.
I’ve been part of the Stonedale Lodge family for 21 years and have spent the past year and a half as a Wellbeing Coordinator.
My mum had vascular dementia, and she continues to inspire me every day to create fun, meaningful activities that bring joy and purpose to our residents’ lives.
Our ladies and gents love welcoming singers and entertainers to the home and having a dance together. They also enjoy visits from the local school and church, as well as trips out into the community.
I take pride in being a caring companion and in showing warmth and kindness in everything I do.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and going on long walks with our dog, Kobi.
