My mum has been at Tudor Bank for over 12 months. Prior to this she spent three weeks at a very expensive dementia care home in Chester where she had fallen six times, her anxiety levels increased and the level of care was well below expectations of what would be perceived from a £8500 a month care home. They said "we don't deal with the type of dementia your mum has." Since being at Tudor Bank, her meds have been stabilised and staff are so attentive to her needs, they are by her side at all times. It's a warm, friendly community and I'm completely reassured that she is being looked after 24/7. She loves dancing and has the opportunity to have a little boogie on Fridays, calling her dancing queen! I couldn't wish for a kinder, safer place for my mum. Thank you to all the staff at Tudor Bank x
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are delighted to hear that your mum has found a warm and supportive community at Tudor Bank. Our commitment to providing quality care with dignity and respect is at the heart of what we do. We will share your kind words with our team, as they strive to...
Since her arrival, the change in Mum has been remarkable. Even just looking at her, she is a different person so happy, relaxed, and comfortable and that is entirely down to the wonderful work of your whole team. It is genuinely appreciated by both of us, and Mum would tell you the same herself if she were able to.
The care she is receiving now is in stark contrast to what she experienced previously, and it is very clear to me that your team truly cares. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved.
Thank you very much for your review, it is heartwarming and a wonderful testament to the hard work of the team. Your thanks have been extended to the team at the home. Kind regards
My mother was a resident at Tudor Bank for almost 3 years. She was very content and made to feel loved and cherished by all the staff. The care she received was fabulous. The carers were sensitive and always enabled mum to maintain a high level of dignity. My father visited mum every day, and the staff also treated him with respect and fondness. He will miss seeing the lovely staff - but we are grateful for the care mum received.
Thank you for your review and ratings. Your comments were most touching and the team will be so pleased to know that their dedication and skill were noticed and appreciated. Kind regards
My wife was moved from Manchester House because she was often falling. Since her move to Tudor Bank there has been a marked improvement. Thanks to the people looking after her.

Well run home with friendly staff who deal with the sometimes difficult needs of my wife. (She has dementia) I feel she is in good hands.

My aunt was a resident in Tudor Bank for the last few years of her life. She was very well looked after, and I must particularly comment on the fantastic care and support they gave to her husband who visited daily. Whenever I visited the staff were always cheerful, friendly and helpful.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review for Tudor Bank. Your comments about your Aunts care are very much appreciated, as the team work so hard to ensure that each resident is safe, well and happy. Kind regards
This is my mothers thired care home. Previous homes have proved unable to meet her complex needs. Tudor Bank have been successful. This due to the skill and professionalism of the staff throughout Tudor Bank. Care, compassion and understanding together with the sound, practical application of medical requirements.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review Tudor Bank. It is pleasing to know that the 'skill and professionalism' of the team has been recognised and your mother is at last settled. Kind regards
My wife has resided in Tudor Bank Nursing Home for 12 weeks, following a six month hospital stay. Her transition was significantly aided by an initial a two week one-to-one period. The main strength of Tudor Bank is the quality of support provided by the staff and the atmosphere they create both amongst the residents and themselves. The attention given to all medical matters by the professional and management staff is excellent.
Thank you for taking the time to review Tudor bank so highly. We appreciate your feedback and are thrilled to know you are happy with our service. Our team will be delighted to hear your kind words of recommendation. Have a lovely day, thank you.
In the short period of time my husband has been at Tudor Bank, they have managed to identify strategies of support (not just through the use of medication) to enable my husband, to have some peace and calm in himself, instead of the severe agitation he has constantly suffered due to Alzheimer's/dementia. Myself and my family feel so relieved to have found a home, with staff that are genuinely caring, kind and treat my husband with such dignity. We know there will still be ups and downs but we are reassured that now we have the support of Tudor Bank we will be able to enjoy some good times with my husband, and also in the knowledge he is well cared for and safe when we are not there.
I wanted to thank you for your heartfelt review of Tudor Bank Care Home. The team work so hard to ensure that they deliver truly 'person-centred care' that to hear a loved one report on the positive impact of those efforts is wonderful. We appreciate your kind words and ratings. Thank you.

I have looked at many nursing homes and Tudor Park stands out for the excellent quality of care for my mum. There are so many members of staff available to take care of residents who are very supportive and caring towards residents. The place is clean, homely and welcoming at all times, with no restriction on visits/or times and they encourage family at dinner time as residents eat better. The nurses keep me updated with mum's very fast decline with Vascular Dementia and I know she is safe and well looked after. Excellent home.
Thank you for taking the time to review Tudor Bank so highly. We are so glad we can provide the high standard of care we aim for. Thank You
I looked at several homes for her but nothing compared to what Tudor Bank Nursing Home had to offer and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. My mum was treated as “one of the family". She had the best life that could be offered and when she was well enough, she was taken out to numerous places that the staff knew she would enjoy.
The team there are supportive, professional, efficient and compassionate and empathetic and I cannot praise them enough for all they have done.
