My sister has been here 7 months. Her previous accommodation was a lot bigger than the one she is in now. I asked Luke if she could be moved and straight away he took me to look at a newly refurbished room which was bigger. I was so happy of the immediate response and they are moving her into the accommodation
today. How is that? It's amazing!! Thank you to all the staff my sister is a very happy bunny.

At Broadway Nursing Home all staff are very friendly caring and welcoming, they go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met nothing is too much trouble. Health care assistants are very caring and understanding for your needs they treat you with great respect and dignty also pleasant and
smiling they have been a great support to myself whilst I am staying here.

They have helped my dad settle really well into his new home
Staff have been prompt in identifying any new health issues with my dad and have always kept me informed on his day to day needs.
It is a
lovely safe environment and my dad is enjoying accessing the garden now the weather is getting warmer

My friend has lived at Broadway for over 6 years. I try to visit once a week when I can and I always find the home very clean and tidy. Her room is lovely and I often see her lunch and the food is very well presented and looks as if nutrition is an important part.
Most of all, the staff are wonderful.
They are very caring and I can see that my friend is very happy to see them all.
Such a lovely place.

Our mum is in advanced stages of mixed dementia. The staff treat her with compassion and dignity even when her communication is difficult.
They do their best to keep her calm and comfortable. When we visit, we are always welcomed by staff who are happy to talk and reassure us to check on our wellbeing
as well as mums.

I viewed a few care homes before I went to Swansea Terrace. As soon as I walked in and was greeted by one of the carers to show me around, I knew that this was a special home. It was so light and everyone was so friendly. The manager came to meet us and show us to my husband's room, and was so kind
and reassuring and made us feel very welcome. All the team at Swansea Terrace go above and beyond to take care of everyone and always with a smile and a kind word. This goes a long way to helping my husband settle in. I can't praise them high enough for their hard work and commitment.
