Previously in Irwell, and now in Brindley, we have been pleased with Stewarts level of care, and more so today as he is getting regular visits to the day room, and we like his new room and the

It's always a pleasure to visit my husband in banksfield, I trust them completely. , the whole team are amazing and extremely kind and friendly! They work tirelessly to make it a pleasant, safe and a spotlessly clean and fresh environment for residents! Nothing is too much for them , they always
have a friendly word, smile, even a chat! They have truly helped make my husband settle in really well, I can't thank them enough! Well done banksfield. It was a very hard decision for us as a family to enter into this but you have made it a little easy for us to deal with thank you so much.

As our father-in-law's needs have changed and he now requires end-of-life care, the support from Banksfield has been nothing short of outstanding.
During this difficult and emotional time, every member of staff has shown incredible kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect towards him and our family.
They have taken the time to get to know his needs, wishes, and routines, ensuring he remains comfortable, safe, and cared for at all times.
The care team continually go above and beyond, providing not only excellent clinical care but also emotional support and reassurance. Their warmth, patience, and genuine concern for his wellbeing are evident every day.
Knowing that he is being cared for with such love, professionalism, and dignity gives our family enormous comfort and peace of mind. We are deeply grateful for the ongoing care and support Banksfield continues to provide and cannot thank the staff enough for everything they do.

My mum has been at Tudor Bank for over 12 months. Prior to this she spent three weeks at a very expensive dementia care home in Chester where she had fallen six times, her anxiety levels increased and the level of care was well below expectations of what would be perceived from a £8500 a month care
home. They said "we don't deal with the type of dementia your mum has." Since being at Tudor Bank, her meds have been stabilised and staff are so attentive to her needs, they are by her side at all times. It's a warm, friendly community and I'm completely reassured that she is being looked after 24/7. She loves dancing and has the opportunity to have a little boogie on Fridays, calling her dancing queen! I couldn't wish for a kinder, safer place for my mum. Thank you to all the staff at Tudor Bank x

I am very glad for my wife. Me and my family are feelign very blessed and we are thankful to all the staff who are taking care of my wife Cathy. I can feel the difference whenever I am seeing her. Earlier, in hospital she was not talking and she was not having enough food but here she is commnicating

My grandad was admitted to the Dales 6 months ago after a very turbulent time and hospital admissions he has settled very well the staff are caring and most of all he is happy. The staff are always welcoming and happy to help or give advice it makes me feel at ease knowing he is looked after

I have always found the care at the Dales very good. The staff are very caring and kind to mum who has advanced Dementia. They are responsive and communicate well.
The home is always very clean and tidy. The food is home cooked and there are different options and lots of flexibility for residents.
There's
always a nice atmosphere and staff make you feel very at home when you visit.
I would definitely recommend the Dales.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Riversdale for a number of years. She is always treated with dignity and respect from staff. She is very well looked after and I cannot fault the care she receives. The food is good, although she is not a good eater. The home overall has a wonderful welcoming

Overall, very pleased with staff and care given. However, the day room needs air conditioning to cope with summer heat and windows need to be opened more frequently to ensure a good exchange of air per hour to help reduce spread of viruses. Air conditioning would help with this too. Food is variable,
from excellent, to unappetising. It is appreciated that staff do make an effort to offer alternatives to people with poor appetites though.

My mother (96) is reasonably happy. As she does not really join in much she can get a little depressed. The staff treat her well and try to encourage her. After a past stroke she does not have the use of her right hand and needs help with food. I have asked about support for her head when she falls
asleep in her wheelchair, her head falls right back, so uncomfortable looking. Poor hearing.

All staff pleasant and cheerful, nothing too much trouble. Food good quality. Since my mother has been at Riversdale Home 4 1/2 years, have had no complaints regarding her care. At present there appears to be no activities.

I like that staff members are sat with the residents and that residents are not alone in the lounge area, staff seem very friendly towards residents and visitors. I like when I leave my aunty is not anxious. Lots of activities for residents to do my aunty seems to enjoy the food.

I have completed this to the best of my knowledge I can only comment on what I see when I visit. The only negative I can comment on is the pack of activities. However this may happen when I am not there? Also my father has Alzheimer's so may not always want to participate.
