Mam's only recently come into residential care but up to now all staff and residents are lovely mam really likes them, which has made me feel at ease. Plenty of activities and interactions, room lovely.

My mum had to come into Saltshouse Care Home due to being unable to look after herself at home no longer. From the first till the last day she was living there the staff could not have done anymore for my mum and made all her visitors feel very welcome too. First class.

My mums care went above and beyond what we expected. The staff gave my mum love and compassion. She became terminally ill and the staff there had to escalate the care needs as my mums GP service was inadequate. In my mums final weeks we were reassured by the care the staff showed my mum.

The staff at Saltshouse Haven are always cheerful and have a wonderful rapport with the residents. My mum speaks highly of the personal care that she receives, and I have seen numerous members of staff treat my mum with dignity and interact as friends, not just carers.

My father received end of life care at this home. Although he was only there a matter of days the team showed every care and attention possible. They were proactive and professional whilst remaining friendly and caring. I would recommend highly.

The home has been wonderful with her, through the years she has been living there, all the staff and management. When my mum was at the end of life, they could not do enough for my mum & family, they made sure my mum was comfortable and change when she needed too, look after all the family with cups
of tea & sandwiches & crisps, was popping in and out of room checking everything was ok with mum & family, asking if we needed anything, I would say they went above and beyond for us all, I could not praise all the management and staff for the care and support for all the time my mum was there.

I would recommend anyone to place any loved one here at the home, my mam has been a long term resident and at all times my mam has been treated with so much dignity love and care she has always been clean and tidy the rapport the staff has had with my mum has been amazing. As a family we also feel the
support we hve had from all the staff has been fantastic. If we needed anything they have always been there and sorted it to the best of their ability.

My mum has been very well looked after and a lot happier in herself since she arrived, the staff are kind and helpful and attentive to her needs. Her room is lovely with everything she needs for her comfort. My mum said the food is very good and she enjoys all the meals.

The carers looked after mum for 18 months, tending to her every need, nothing was too much trouble, they had respect and compassion and always with a smile, professional and trustworthy and with a personal touch. too, like one of their own family. On Mum's passing, they did everything to ensure Mum's
peaceful passing and supporting us as the family too. I cannot say enough how wonderful and how hard the staff work. They are angels. Thank you so much, so appreciated.

My father was at the home for over 5 years and he was very happy there. The staff are very dedicated and provided my father with excellent care, especially in the last couple of months of his life. The care he received in his last few months was excellent and they made sure he was comfortable and had

The care Mum receives in Coniston House is very good, she gets very personal care catered to her own needs. Her room is her own space and I am allowed to visit her in her room and personalise it as she wishes, I bring the dogs to visit her as she wishes and take her out for meals and home visits. The
home have an excellent entertainment worker who works hard to try and keep all the residents entertained and takes them out for visits if possible. Complaints (although few) are always dealt with quickly and with care.

I find the home a very pleasant and relaxing place to reside. If I have any problems the staff are more than willing to help.
The best part of the residence is the wonderful facilities organised which I think relaxes a lot of residents who as I did could sulk in their rooms and without these excellent
facilities, the home would not be half as pleasant so a massive thank you is to all the staff, particularly the facilities organisers.

My Dad has now been here since July 2024. He is very settled thanks to the care and support of all the staff. The activities they provide are excellent and ensure all residents are involved. Christmas celebrations have been excellent. Thank you.
