It's a pleasure to visit my Sister. The staff are absolutely brilliant, kind & very caring.
My sister always looks happy, smiles a lot and thats due to the staff. I couldn't wish for a better care home than where she is residing.

I would (and will) recommend it to anyone I know with the same condition my sister has. Kind regards to all the brilliant staff.

I visit Barton Brook several times a week.
Staff on site are always visable and interacting actively with the residents in a positive way.
They also ensure my elderly dad who attends with me to visit my mum is looked after with a cup of tea. :)

I can't thank them enough for how they have looked after mum, and respected her dignity

The Receptionist is the most helpful, friendly and re-assuring lady. She has helped with every single query, however small in a very professional and caring way.
Likewise, the Senior Care Manager in Moss Unit is a very capable, caring, and compassionate lady. She has helped and supported us throughout this difficult time and has done so professionally and has had the welfare of our resident at the forefront at all times.

They are all exceptional caring people.

I have a family member who resides here, I really do thank Barton Brook for their excellent care staff they are all so kind and welcoming , I know my family member is really looked after which gives me great reassurance. The care I can't fault as all the carers greet with a smile and listen to me . The building is also well maintained which is nice, it is a very looked after home . The food looks okay I personally haven't tried it but it seems to be decent portions and a good variety . I want to thank Barton book for all their care & support and would recommend to anyone who has a family member who requires 24/7 care.

We have found the staff in Brindley House to be excellent. They are kind, caring and considerate with Mum, who is not the easiest patient to manage. They always welcome us with a smile and the communication of Mum's care & needs is comprehensive.

In relation to the previous status quo both myself and my wife regularly visit my brother at Barton Brook.

Previously in Irwell, and now in Brindley, we have been pleased with Stewarts level of care, and more so today as he is getting regular visits to the day room, and we like his new room and the staff who work on Stewarts behalf. Thankyou

My mum has resided at Barton Brook for over 5 1/2 years, and in all that time I have only known her to be treated with the utmost care and kindness. The staff have been equally courteous and friendly to me, and I have never had any concerns for Mum's wellbeing. Thank you for all you have done and are still doing for Mum!

My dad was transferred from hospital to Barton Brook in January, he was only there for a few months until his passing at the end of March. All staff went above and beyond to care for dad and all staff welcomed us with warm hugs and great talks, still are keeping in touch. We consider Barton Brook staff as our family too.
