In my opinion, Mahogany provides fantastic, high-quality care, and I'm very happy with the support my friend receives

Mum has settled in really well & this has been helped by the very caring, friendly approach of all the staff. As a visitor I'm always made to feel very welcome. Mum is very well cared for & the staff are very supportive in ensuring that all her needs are met. I'm kept informed of any changes with regards to mum's medical support. The social interaction has helped reduce mum's feelings of loneliness & there is always someone on hand if mum needs anything.

My wife was transfered from a nursing home in Sale 9.2.26. The move has been first class for myself & my wife. I like the bungalow type buildings set in a garden situation. I feel this is very good from a fire/evacuation event. Your staff are superb, nothing is to much trouble, also you had adequate parking. The room has been renovated, and is in a superb condition. I think Barton Brook should be upgraded to good.

The home is very good. Mum is settled and seems happier every time we see her. Mum loves the activities available and loves to laugh and joke with everyone especially Shirley. As a family we are very happy with the care mum is receiving.

My mum recieved good care while she was residing at Barton Brook. She was looked after well by the staff and the staff liased well with the family informing us of any changes to mum's health. They have been brilliant with us when mum became poorly and then passed away. I would live to say thank you to all the staff.

We had an excellent experience at Barton Brook. My dad's room is comfortable and quiet and it is always kept clean and tidy. The nurses are caring and very hardworking. They always speak kindly and patiently to the residents and they are always ready to help the residents and their relatives. The atmosphere is happy and homely. There is a sense of family among the staff and residents. We have especially enjoyed the garden cafe and all the wonderful activities that are put on for the residents. Thank you all so much.

My wife has been at Mahogany for almost 4 years and throughout I have had confidence in the care provided. She is immobile and needs assistance with food and drink and, thus far, the staff have patiently provided for her. Everyone in the home has time to say 'hello' to my wife in an effort to make her feel comfortable. The medical staff are attentive and always willing to pick up on any expressed concerns... I continue to be grateful for the care and consideration given to my wife during these very testing times

To the staff of Orwell unit Barton Brook you work hard looking after Dad and I've seen a big change in him he's more relaxed now and content you are doing a good job and thanks.

I find Barton Brook a really nice and freindly place and the staff are really helpful and cant do enough for the residents.

I would (and will) recommend it to anyone I know with the same condition my sister has. Kind regards to all the brilliant staff.

My Mum has been in Mahogony for nearly 2yrs now. We as a family have found her health as improved, she is settled and happy and made friends. The staff are caring and she seems to like them all. They have a great activity team, the singer is fantastic and interacts with the residents. All staff I have found are very friendly. Any concerns can be raised and will be acted upon.

From our experience we found the care home and staff excellent in the daily care of my brother. Was exceptional standards and very high and would recommend. We are greatly happy and say thank you to everyone involved. Excellent!

Amazing care home! Staff are great and very helpful. Mum is a lot happier being here and they do lots of activities too keep the residents entertained and happy.

I have a family member who resides here, I really do thank Barton Brook for their excellent care staff they are all so kind and welcoming , I know my family member is really looked after which gives me great reassurance. The care I can't fault as all the carers greet with a smile and listen to me . The building is also well maintained which is nice, it is a very looked after home . The food looks okay I personally haven't tried it but it seems to be decent portions and a good variety . I want to thank Barton book for all their care & support and would recommend to anyone who has a family member who requires 24/7 care.

We have found the staff in Brindley House to be excellent. They are kind, caring and considerate with Mum, who is not the easiest patient to manage. They always welcome us with a smile and the communication of Mum's care & needs is comprehensive.

Previously in Irwell, and now in Brindley, we have been pleased with Stewarts level of care, and more so today as he is getting regular visits to the day room, and we like his new room and the staff who work on Stewarts behalf. Thankyou
