It's always a pleasure to visit my husband in banksfield, I trust them completely. , the whole team are amazing and extremely kind and friendly! They work tirelessly to make it a pleasant, safe and a spotlessly clean and fresh environment for residents! Nothing is too much for them , they always
have a friendly word, smile, even a chat! They have truly helped make my husband settle in really well, I can't thank them enough! Well done banksfield. It was a very hard decision for us as a family to enter into this but you have made it a little easy for us to deal with thank you so much.

As our father-in-law's needs have changed and he now requires end-of-life care, the support from Banksfield has been nothing short of outstanding.
During this difficult and emotional time, every member of staff has shown incredible kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect towards him and our family.
They have taken the time to get to know his needs, wishes, and routines, ensuring he remains comfortable, safe, and cared for at all times.
The care team continually go above and beyond, providing not only excellent clinical care but also emotional support and reassurance. Their warmth, patience, and genuine concern for his wellbeing are evident every day.
Knowing that he is being cared for with such love, professionalism, and dignity gives our family enormous comfort and peace of mind. We are deeply grateful for the ongoing care and support Banksfield continues to provide and cannot thank the staff enough for everything they do.

Mum's home for the last 4 years was at Berwick House and the staff truly were her extended family. Sadly Mum has died due to her dementia but the care and love she received at Berwick was simply amazing and now gives us immense comfort. It is the hardest decision to make when your parent needs the care
you can no longer provide but the love and care we as a family, not just Mum, experienced was exceptional and I thank everyone for that.

Mum has been in Courtfield Lodge since July 2025. Overall the care is excellent and she settled really quickly. The rooms are nice, maybe needs painting walls etc. The staff are so nice & kind both carers & admin. Very quick to contact you if there is a problem. I would highly recommend Courtfield Lodge.

Overall we find Courtfield Lodge a good home. Reception is very helpful. Senior management 1 & 2 are approachable & listen & respect the points being made. My mum is happy & well cared for. The carers always seem attentive & efficient. In my opinion it would be helpful if there were more cleaning staff
although the home has improved! Mum is happy with her meals although more variety would be helpful.

My Dad has dementia and now requires round-the-clock professional care to meet his needs. As a family, we looked a several care homes during the early part of 2026. We liked the look and feel of Berwick House and felt it was best suited to meet Dad's needs. Right from the beginning of the process,
Natalie and the team were compassionate, helpful and professional. From the initial home assessment through to admission date and beyond, the team impressed us and made us feel that Dad would be in good hands, moving forward. All of the team are very caring and the support workers really seem to take pride in their work. The 'open door' policy for visitation which can take place at any time without prior arrangement really sends out the right message to us and provides a level of confidence and reassurance. It has naturally been a big adjustment for Dad, but the whole team have helped make things as painless as possible for us all. Well done!
My Dad moved into Berwick House in early-April.

My mum was a resident at Swansea Terrace and the management and nursing staff could not have done more for her. They treated her with care and dignity. They really looked after her and their communication with myself and my sister was second to none. They only had her best interests at heart in everything
they did and I would not hesitate to recommend this nursing home for a loved one.

My Mother was transferred here from another supposedly very good care provider. I have to say the professional intake and the care supplied has been more than our expectations realised after our last experience. She was met with dignity and showed what life is about to participate with others, this
is something her previous so called care provider lacked and thought leaving her alone for days would suffice!!
I cannot recommend this home highly enough they have brought life back in to my mother, they have also regained my faith in the care industry, there are people and companies out there to help people when in need, thank you Banksfield.

My sister moved here from another carehome which could never match this beautiful home she is now in. Ive been to visit her twice and each time I have been welcomed so much by every member of staff. There are so many staff it is so reassuring that residents are not left waiting for someone if they need
something. Staff are do attentive at all times. So much going on for the residents every day. Staff always seem as happy as the residents. The place is so clean doesn't smell like some other carehomes that you pay a fortune for. The food is beautiful my sister eats everything because she enjoys it. She has settled so well there and her room is beautiful so clean. I am booking my place here for when I need a carehome as they do care. It really is like a hotel

My friend has lived at Broadway for over 6 years. I try to visit once a week when I can and I always find the home very clean and tidy. Her room is lovely and I often see her lunch and the food is very well presented and looks as if nutrition is an important part.
Most of all, the staff are wonderful.
They are very caring and I can see that my friend is very happy to see them all.
Such a lovely place.

I viewed a few care homes before I went to Swansea Terrace. As soon as I walked in and was greeted by one of the carers to show me around, I knew that this was a special home. It was so light and everyone was so friendly. The manager came to meet us and show us to my husband's room, and was so kind
and reassuring and made us feel very welcome. All the team at Swansea Terrace go above and beyond to take care of everyone and always with a smile and a kind word. This goes a long way to helping my husband settle in. I can't praise them high enough for their hard work and commitment.

On my initial contact with Banksfield they were very helpful and arranged care for my mum promptly. Any request for help during the day has been dealt with such as asking for extra drinks and food. The staff have done an excellent job in caring for mum. I am made to feel welcome on each visit. She has
been taken to the lounge area to interact with other people. I know mum has found it difficult to adapt but every effort is being made to make her stay comfortable as possible.

My wife is a resident in Hollins Bank. She is well cared for and treated with respect, the home is clean, and the staff are very caring. The home is clean and fresh, bright and inviting. The housekeepers keep the home lovely, and the laundry lady washes and irons my wife's clothes and returns them the
next day. I enjoy meals with my wife everday and they are tasty and varied. The manager answers queries and sorts out problems quickly and efficiently. Over Christmas, we were kept entertained by various things, pantomimes, singing and dancing and even went out for a Christmas meal. I spent Christmas Day with my wife and had lunch with her. A great place.

Broadway Nursing home is a caring, friendly rest home. The thing that makes it special is the staff. They are consistently excellent in their attitude to residents. I have visited my Godmother in for a few years and their dedication to the people in their care shines through. Their job is not easy but
they do it with a smile, humour and genuine care.
Broadway is well kept, fresh and the rooms are a good size. I have often arrived during lunch and it always seems good and varied.

Feel like we could do with more carers and the staff that are here are very friendly and helpful but feel like they are stressed
Very accommodating
I feel like my partner needs are met and his personal care is good and I would like to request for a in person dentist
