It was so light and everyone was so friendly. The manager came to meet us and show us to my husband's room, and was so kind and reassuring and made us feel very welcome. All the team at Swansea Terrace go above and beyond to take care of everyone and always with a smile and a kind word. This goes a long way to helping my husband settle in. I saw him 3 days running recently and was hugely impressed by the staff who care for him and the other residents. They were all so friendly and approachable and couldn't do enough for me. When I asked for a few items, food, water, a mug, etc., there were no questions, and the response was immediate. Everyone I encountered was polite and professional, and I felt some comfort in saying goodbye to my dad.

Since my mum has moved to Swansea Terrace I have seen a great improvement in her health, both physically and mentally. Since my mum has moved to Swansea Terrace I have seen a great improvement in her health, both physically and mentally. The staff are always trying to get my mother engaged in the activities, and I can see the difference in her. All the staff are great with mum, and I can see how much more happier and alert she is now. The only issue, which is a small one, is the guard rail on mum's bed. It does tend to drop down. Everything else is excellent.

Mum has been in Swansea Terrace from April 2025. I like that they get mum out of bed in day, staff friendly, I think mum's room could do with decorating bed upgrading has bed guards broken and at 1000 per week. Mum eats well menu ie food is good for mum as she has stage 4 food.

The staff and management are amazing. The care my mum has been given is first class. Mum came here at the beginning of the year, she is very settled, nothing is too much trouble, they are very attentive to my mum's needs. All the residents are very happy and content.

Everyone that worked at the home did everything to provide the best care and I was never worried about how she was being looked after. This is the first experience with a relative being in a care home and I was nervous about what to expect. With the help of the team at Swansea, she has been encouraged to socialise and I'm happy to say that she is doing so much better. I live out of the country and each time I call Swansea, the staff are very polite and always provide me with an update on my mum. I'd like to thank the manager for her support and also give a huge shout-out to the activity coordinator. She has kindly arranged for me to talk to my mum on a weekly basis using a particular messaging service. This has meant the world to me as I get to actually see my mum and speak with her.
