Excellant care home. Staff very attentive and caring. Dad is cared for very well.

Mum spent 4 weeks here and it was 4 weeks too long, her safety was compromised as it took 4 weeks to have a key-coded door that led to her room fixed 2 complaints to the manager fell on deaf ears + finally an email to the CEO got it fixed in the meantime mum has EMI residents come into her room, a gentleman expose himself while trying to use her toilet Mum's anxiety increaded immensely during this stay and not once did the manager apolgise or go see Mum she preferred to deny knowing of the issue in effect blaming the staff Not what I call care, safety or compassion. I would not put a loved one this place.

My dad was so happy in the home the staff where lovely and also the manager. They went above and beyond could not ask for better.

My experience has been good. I have been happy staying here but my stay is short term. Staff are very nice which improved the stay. And I have felt safe.

Generally Good

Recently, 90% of the time I have to park in either Aldi or Morrisons car park and walk. If I have to pick up my Mother I have to park on the double yellow lines in Riversdale Road.

Overall I would highly recommend this nursing home. It's a very safe and secure place and I feel my Nan an grandad get treated really well.

This home is the nicesest place to live, and anyone coming to live here will be proud to be here and everyone living in this home are very well treated and cared for. In every little way possible.

My Nan was very looked after at Riversdale. Staff were fantastic. My Nan lived longer than expected due to the level of care she received

My Gran is very happy at Riversdale. She is looked after. The staff are fantastic with her. They all treat her with respect at all times. I cannot fault the care she has. Well done all.

Garden outside is such a good space shame it not used much for residents.

Overall the team are excellent. The only issue is that the wheelchair access is difficulr getting into the building. A ramp and some sort of awning are needed urgently. The staff and by and large excellent

I gave the care here a 5 star review only a few weeks ago but very annoyed with putting the residents fees up by 13.1% with no notification whatsoever this breaks the Direct Debit Rules and we would like this looked into please. This action has left us short of accessible funds. Also my situation. Is I am temporarily disabled and the home has little regular parking facilities for staff and/or visitors. The car park needs sorting please. On a positive side Staff are great My concerning comments refers to care group who decides on fees. And notifications Thankyou

My mum has been at Tudor Bank for over 12 months. Prior to this she spent three weeks at a very expensive dementia care home in Chester where she had fallen six times, her anxiety levels increased and the level of care was well below expectations of what would be perceived from a £8500 a month care home. They said "we don't deal with the type of dementia your mum has." Since being at Tudor Bank, her meds have been stabilised and staff are so attentive to her needs, they are by her side at all times. It's a warm, friendly community and I'm completely reassured that she is being looked after 24/7. She loves dancing and has the opportunity to have a little boogie on Fridays, calling her dancing queen! I couldn't wish for a kinder, safer place for my mum. Very well. Staff very pleasant helpful. Jewin makes sure residents are happy and settled.

I am very glad for my wife. Me and my family are feelign very blessed and we are thankful to all the staff who are taking care of my wife Cathy. I can feel the difference whenever I am seeing her. Earlier, in hospital she was not talking and she was not having enough food but here she is commnicating more and she is enjoying the meals.

My grandad was admitted to the Dales 6 months ago after a very turbulent time and hospital admissions he has settled very well the staff are caring and most of all he is happy. The staff are always welcoming and happy to help or give advice it makes me feel at ease knowing he is looked after

I would definitely recommend the Dales.

Overall, very pleased with staff and care given. However, the day room needs air conditioning to cope with summer heat and windows need to be opened more frequently to ensure a good exchange of air per hour to help reduce spread of viruses. Air conditioning would help with this too. Food is variable, from excellent, to unappetising. It is appreciated that staff do make an effort to offer alternatives to people with poor appetites though.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Riversdale for a number of years. She is always treated with dignity and respect from staff. She is very well looked after and I cannot fault the care she receives. The food is good, although she is not a good eater. The home overall has a wonderful welcoming feeling.
