Broadway Nursing & Residential Home

We've been very happy with the care my mum has received since she moved here in 2023. The staff are kind, caring and always make an effort to involve her in activities and keep her engaged. It's lovely to see the different activities they organise and how they encourage residents to take part. The staff are approachable and supportive, and we feel reassured knowing Mum is well cared for. Overall, we're very pleased with the home and would recommend it to others.

The staff are fantastic and so helpfull we couldn't ask for more our only worry is the food. We know Mums fussy but doesn't seem to be much choice. But thats the only issue everything else we are really happy with.

I'm happy she's here.

My mum is so happy living at Broadway Nursing Home. The Staff are so kind and friendly with her. Nothing is to much trouble for them. The Nursing home meet my mums needs. The Service Users seem nice too.

Amazing staff who always go above and beyond. Very caring and friendly towards residents and family members. Fun and inclusive activities weekly. Always makes sure that my Nan is comfortable, happy and safe. We appreciate everyone.

I can not fault anything in the nursing home Really looked after my dad always Make sure he is happy. And they always update you on anything concerning my Dad. Food looks good and rooms are clean and there is outdoor area to seat outside.

Overall I would highly recommend this nursing home. It's a very safe and secure place and I feel my Nan an grandad get treated really well.

I cannot speak highly enough of Broadway and the excellent care they provide. From the beginning the staff have treated my mum (and myself) with genuine kindness, dignity and respect. I was concerned when I found that my mum had to go into a nursing home but, the moment I walked into Broadway, my fears were allayed. The level of care is outstanding and it is clear that staff genuinely care about wellbeing nad happiness of residents here. A great big thank you!

At Broadway Nursing Home all staff are very friendly caring and welcoming, they go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met nothing is too much trouble. Health care assistants are very caring and understanding for your needs they treat you with great respect and dignty also pleasant and smiling they have been a great support to myself whilst I am staying here.

I would like to thank everyone in Broadway Nursing Home for all their care and compassion shown to my mum. They go above and beyond and nothing is a problem to them. They are so polite and professional and caring and thank you for being so welcoming to us all and for making it a beautiful place for my mum and all my family who visit. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and for giving Mum so much dignity.

I find Broadway Nursing Home to be very efficient friendly all staff are very helpful alway's there when you need them

My cousin has been cared for really well. The staff are all extremely kind and caring. Also they demonstrate professionalism in their approach to my cousin. The leadership at the home is really supportive and always make time to discuss any concerns or questions I may have. Thank you for everything.

Comfortable and clean, rooms are nicely decorated and residents can have there own comforts, Ie furniture belongings & Etc, the staff are so caring and polite and friendly atmosphere in abundance.

My wife has been in Broadway care home for about a year, staff r brilliant, food could be improved, room brilliant, can't fault the place, keep up the good work,if I ever need to go into a home this would be my choice,

They look after my medical needs and support my disabilities.

I am very happy with the care my mother receives in her home. The staff make us both feel very safe. They are very well trained and know my mum very well and look after all her daily and medical needs. I live 4 hours away and have great communication with the home. It feels like she lives with family.

Staff are very caring and kind, always on hand if you need their attendance and willing to help.

Mum went into the care home in June 2024. The care home is amazing. The staff are very caring. Mum is always laughing and singing. She is so happy. The manager goes the extra mile. Always on hand to help, she always keeps me updated on Mum when I'm not there. She is just lovely. It is such a welcoming environment. The staff care so much about the residents and their individual needs. I was so nervous and sad about putting my mum in a home but they have made sure Mum is happy and well cared for which I will always be grateful for. It's so nice going in and seeing Mum happy and well. Thank you so much to the amazing manager and staff for all you do.

The carers have always been warm and friendly, the nursing staff are extremely professional, approachable and caring and the manager who really has gone above and beyond for us, as a family. The manager arranged for staff to attend our wedding in Cheshire to ensure Mum could be a part of our big day, took over Dad's end-of-life care when a local hospice needed to discharge him and allowed me to stay overnight with him for the last week of his life.
