Mum went into the care home in June 2024. The care home is amazing. The staff are very caring. Mum is always laughing and singing. She is so happy. The manager goes the extra mile. Always on hand to help, she always keeps me updated on Mum when I'm not there. She is just lovely. It is such a welcoming environment. The staff care so much about the residents and their individual needs. I was so nervous and sad about putting my mum in a home but they have made sure Mum is happy and well cared for which I will always be grateful for. It's so nice going in and seeing Mum happy and well. Thank you so much to the amazing manager and staff for all you do.
Thank you for taking the time to review Broadway so highly. We understand it can be a very hard decision to place a loved one in care, it is not an easy choice to make and we are heartened to hear you are happy about Mum being with us. Thank you for the lovely words of recognition for our amazing...
With a short time frame available to us, we visited multiple nursing homes throughout Liverpool and grimaced in horror at multiple homes that I wouldn't place a rabid dog in, never mind my mum.
We decided to locate Mum within Broadway Nursing Home and overall, we've been extremely happy with our choice.
The carers have always been warm and friendly, the nursing staff are extremely professional, approachable and caring and the manager who really has gone above and beyond for us, as a family. The manager arranged for staff to attend our wedding in Cheshire to ensure Mum could be a part of our big day, took over Dad's end-of-life care when a local hospice needed to discharge him and allowed me to stay overnight with him for the last week of his life.
Thank you for taking the time to review Broadway so highly. We are delighted you are happy with the care we provide to your mum and also to your late father, especially when it matters most. We are proud that we can provide a warm and welcoming setting for you to visit your loved ones and are touched by your heartfelt words. Have a lovely day and thank you again.
From personal care to singing along with Mum.
Very happy with care and support received.
Thank you for taking the time to rate Broadway so highly. We appreciate your kind words and are so glad your mum is settled in with us. Have a lovely day.
My mum has been at Broadway Nursing Care Home just under 2 months. I am very pleased with everything. Such a lovely bright room. My mum is always clean and tidy.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review . It is lovely to hear how settled your mum is in the home and how pleased you are with everything. I'll share your kind comments with the team.
Our mum was a resident in both the residential and nursing care throughout 2022. We as a family cannot thank all the staff enough for the care of our mum in the last year of her life. We found the care and dedication of the staff wonderful. We would highly recommend this care home to any of our friends. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. It is lovely to hear how happy you were with the care your mum received at Broadway Care Home. I will share your comments with all the team.
Disappointed there are no volunteers to have a ten-minute chat to patients at end-of-life care, as a lot do get lonely and frightened. The place needs painting and decorating and the floor needs attending to.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We welcome all feedback as it helps us improve. During the pandemic, for the safety of our residents, we did not allow volunteers in our home, hopefully, as we start getting back to normal this is something that we will put back into place. We are currently making improvements to the communal areas in the home, which will benefit all our residents.
The experience I have received from the care home is excellent, staff are kind and very helpful, only have to ask for assistance for the wife and its carried out within minutes. I have noticed lately that she shouts when staff go past her door, and she is not eating much, I can not comment on the food as I have only seen her having soup and a sandwich in her room. I have tried to take cakes in but she eats half and says she doesn't want any more. The staff come into the room to see if she is okay. I am a bit concerned, she is looking tired because she is not eating properly.
It is lovely to hear how happy you are with the excellent care your wife is receiving at Broadway Nursing Home and how kind and helpful the team is. We know how worrying it can be when a loved one starts to lose their appetite but, following our recent meeting with you, we hope we have reassured...
My mum has been a resident at the above-mentioned home at first in Residential for a total of four and a half years. Firstly in Residential and at the moment care home nursing. The manager and staff go above and beyond. I think they are amazing - all staff, from cleaners, carers and nursing - not forgetting kitchen and laundry.
Thank you for your wonderful review. It is lovely to get such great feedback about the whole team who work so hard to provide excellent care and support to our residents. I will share your comments with all of the team.
