Good Afternoon, we appreciate you taking the time to review Daleside. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. Here at Daleside, we are always looking for ways to improve; we appreciate your input. We Care Group has already implemented a robust corrective action plan, focusing on many areas including strengthening governance and leadership processes within the home to ensure that all staff are fully supported and that policies are consistently followed; Improving communication between staff, residents, and their families to ensure transparency and timely updates on care matters; increasing staffing levels to ensure that all shifts are fully covered, providing residents with the highest level of care and attention at all times.

Debbie is the Home Manager at Daleside Nursing Home. Her main interest and experience are in managing successful care homes housing elderly and frail Residents, some of which may have complex needs.
Debbie is very experienced in care home management and is committed to providing a high–quality service. She is ultimately responsible for the effective and professional running of the care home, but will allocate time to discuss any aspect of our Residents care or any problems they may be experiencing. Debbie is keen to work closely and in partnership with our Residents, their relatives and significant others to benefit the Residents in her care. She is a dynamic team leader and has an ongoing interest in professional development and career progression.
