All the staff are really excellent, caring, patient and kind. The nursing staff are very vigilant, and any problem spotted is dealt with immediately. I can't praise them enough. It is always spotlessly clean and welcoming. All the family are glad he is being card for at Eden Mansions.
My father spent almost 3 years in Eden Mansions March 2022 and January 2025. The care and support that he received was exemplary. All of the staff including the auxiliary staff were helpful friendly, supportive and very hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble and my dad always looked clean, well dressed and well kept. It was no secret that my dad was a very challenging resident when he first arrived at Eden Mansions but the patience, care, understanding and professionalism shown to him was amazing. The emotional support shown to me and my family has been truly amazing. I cannot thank all those involved in his care enough. I have donated a bird table to Stanneylands, where in good weather my dad found happiness watching the birds. I hope the staff and residents can enjoy and remember my dad. Thank you to all of the wonderful kind people who worked at Eden Mansions you will remain fondly in my thoughts.
Since my mum arrived in June 2024 we have been so pleased with the care. All the staff are friendly and treat my mum with respect. I now feel mum has been made to feel safe, which at home she wasn't. I haven't felt that I have anything negative to say about Eden Mansions, we are very pleased with mum's care. All the staff in Ashley Care are great and feel they care. Also, the food is great.
Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us at Eden Mansions, it is lovely to hear that you are so pleased with the care we are providing for your mother. I will pass this on the team on Ashley villa and the kitchen team. Thank you again for great review.
The care that my husband is receiving has been brilliant. His needs are met without questions and that enables me to have no anxiety or worries daily. The staff in Cheshire/Chester Villa have been trained to an extremely high standard, and without fail they smile all the time giving a cheerful and confident air to the place. I am always made to feel welcome.
Thank you for your lovely and kind review. We are extremely happy to know that you have peace of mind, it's great to know. The Chester team work very hard to ensure a friendly uplifting atmosphere to the villa. I will be sure to share your comments with the team.
My aunt is currently in the Ashley Suite at Eden Mansion Nursing Home, Styal, Wilmslow. She has settled in so well, happy and comfortable. I and all the family are very pleased with the care and the way the staff all look after her so well. The nurses and all the staff there are so helpful and friendly. I have peace of mind the way she is cared for.

My experience at Eden Mansions has always been extremely good. The staff at all times are helpful, kind and respectful. I have noticed whilst visiting the loving care they give to all residents and this with no exception despite maybe home difficulties. The senior staff have always kept me thoroughly informed of what is happening with my husband and I very much appreciate this.
Thank you for taking the time to write your review. It is very heart warming to hear such positive comments regarding our home and the team. It means a lot to the staff to receive such great feedback and I will be sure to share this with them. Thank you once again for taking the time to leave this review.
The team leaders were very open, helpful and acted on request promptly. They were very aware of my dad's needs and personality. I was included and informed of medical and care changes for Dad the majority of the time.
The chef went above and beyond trying to make meals that my dad would eat which we very much appreciated.
All the staff were friendly, polite, respectful and supportive to my dad and to me.
The home is very well-managed, clean and friendly. The staff are very caring and compassionate and nothing is too much trouble for them. The nurses have an incredible way of assessing situations and knowing how to diffuse anxieties. They do a magnificent job with his personal care and give him dignity and respect. My husband loves the food, especially the amazing desserts. Caring is not an easy role, but so important, and I really cannot find the words to thank the staff enough for all they are doing for my husband. He has been through so much in the last few years awaiting a diagnosis so it is heartwarming and comforting for me to know he is getting such great care.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience. Our team is dedicated to providing the best care possible, and your feedback is a wonderful affirmation of our efforts. We look forward to continuing to support your husband and making your visits as welcoming as possible. Thank you again for the wonderful review. I will ensure this is shared with the team.
Our much-loved dad sadly passed away in the Chester Wing of Eden Mansions nursing home on the 8th of June this year. As his family, we'd like to pass on our huge admiration and respect to the fantastic staff who cared for our dad with love, care and compassion throughout his time in the home. Our mum as well as my brother and I were also treated with the same level of respect and compassion every time we visited which was pretty much every day. The superb staff members became our much-loved and respected friends. We are very grateful and greatly reassured as a family to know and see that dad's final few months on this planet of ours were in a nursing home where care, compassion and respect are at the forefront of the staff's minds. Simply outstanding and to all of you from the three of us, thank you all very very much.
We send our sincere condolences to you and your family at this sad time. It is wonderful to receive such positive feedback and to know that you felt your father was cared for with love compassion, care and respect. We pride ourselves on building meaningful relationships with our residents and...
When my mother was transferred from hospital to a care home due to alzheimers (relatively mild) and her inability to stand or walk I admit to having reservations. However, the care home is excellent in all respects and they keep me constantly informed on all current matters and she has settled in well. It is a great weight off my mind knowing she is so well cared for as I live in Kent some 4 hours drive away although I visit nearly every weekend for 2 days and they provide me with meals and drinks at a very reasonable change (minimal) all meals are well prepared and very enjoyable, especially I am able to eat with mum
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am pleased to know that your experience has been a positive one and that you feel your mother is well cared for. I will share your feedback with the team and thank you once again for your kind words.
This home is always spotlessly clean. My wife is treated with care had dignity. My only misgiving is that nobody is ever available to answer the phone when I phone. I suggest that the answer phone should specify that the caller should leave his name and phone number and that someone will phone him back.
Thank you for the wonderful review, your feedback is valuable and means a lot to the staff to know that their hard work and commitment is appreciated. We have recently changed our telephone systems over to another service provider and I am very sorry that you have been experiencing issues with not...

My mum had dementia and was admitted to Eden Mansions following a recent hospital stay. The nurses provided care and attention and show patience towards their patients. My mum resided in Ashley Villa. Senior staff were efficient and helpful in answering my enquiries and the care my mum received was excellent. Staff were caring and patient and attended to Mum's needs to ensure her cleanliness and dignity were maintained at a stage in her life where she could not do this herself. I went home at night knowing Mum was in safe hands and was comfortable. When it became clear Mum was entering the last days of her life the staff provided compassionate care not only for Mum but also for myself and my brothers who stayed with Mum during her final days and hours. The staff in the home made Mum's passing comfortable and did everything they could to assist the family at that very difficult time. I would recommend Eden Mansions, Ashley Villa to any patient needing a nursing home bed.
