Eden Mansions Care Home is situated in Styal, a tranquil suburb near Wilmslow in Cheshire. Set amongst open fields, the home surrounds a courtyard and has several exits onto secure gardens, enabling residents to move around freely without feeling restricted.

The interior has been decorated to help residents find their way around, know where they are, and to stimulate their senses. There are also themed pictures in the corridors which prompt reminiscence and a fully-equipped sensory room.

The home operates as four separate villas so that care and support can be provided to meet the different types and needs of residents, including those living with dementia, physical conditions or mental health problems.

Stanneylands Villa – accommodates people with middle and late stages of dementia.
Capesthorne Villa - accommodates people with early and middle stages of dementia.
Ashley Villa – accommodates people with general nursing needs.
Chester Villa - accommodates people with middle and late stages of dementia.

Excellent standard of care and incredibly kind and caring staff. My relative nearly died of covid after a horrendous time during lockdown in another care home and in hospital. These guys brought her back. She's now happy and safe - I don't have to worry anymore.

Mum was discharged to Eden Mansions during the Covid crisis with delirium following a two-month spell in hospital. She was off her legs, confused, incontinent and weighed only 6-stone. Due to the care and support she received, she is now mobile, continent and back to her normal weight, and her delirium
has gone. The care home has always tried to respond positively to our request for help, enabling visiting by family with flexibility and steering a sensible line between protecting residents and allowing families access. The care staff were sacrificial during the first lockdown, living in temporary accommodation to protect the vulnerable.

This is the 3rd care home my dad has been in. The quality of care is exceptional. The staff are professional at all times. The home is absolutely spotless. My dad is so well looked after and is always clean and well kept. We moved him from his last one, and thank god for this one.

My wife was a resident in Eden Mansions for more than a year and a half until her death. I cannot praise the staff at the care home highly enough. Their care of the patients went beyond anything I could have expected and I felt they had a true affection for my wife. No matter what the behaviour of the
patients, I only saw compassion and understanding from the staff. The home was always hygienic and well maintained and the rooms were airy and clean. The food was good quality and the staff took time to encourage the residents to eat.
Eden Mansions was recommended to me and I am so grateful. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

My dad came to Eden Mansions in February 2019. Myself and my family cannot fault the care my dad has received. All the staff are so attentive and friendly and keep you up to date with every little thing. We have been kept up to date through Cedar Care regarding all the COVID 19 news and I have to say
such a huge thank you to everyone. My lovely dad is being moved today to a quieter villa as his illness has progressed. On behalf of my mum and the rest of our family, I want to express our sincere thanks to Dad's named nurse as she has been amazing and has enjoyed making Dad look smart every single day. We will be very sad to lose her, but I'm sure we will have the same experience with his new care team. Our sincere thanks also goes out to the rest of the team on Stanneylands - thank you doesn't seem enough.

My relative is well cared for and generally content, even though bed-bound all the time. Rooms are clean, food good and staff know her well. Although she can be demanding at times, she has positive relationships with those she is in direct contact with and staff are attentive to her needs.

My husband has the very rare neurological condition P.S.P which is life-limiting and there is no treatment. He has been at Eden Mansions 14 months and we have been delighted with the help, support, kindness and friendship shown by all the staff. Very few of us have the knowledge and experience of the
condition but are trying to work together to find solutions to the problems we face. Life is not always 100% perfect but as long as we listen to each other and work together we will do our best and I feel this is what we are achieving at Eden Mansions. Thank you.

My father was very happy when my wife and I visited him. He always looked clean and well presented. The staff were always with the service users. I could be a son, not a carer, which made me feel good and become a son again.

We visited my friend on Saturday afternoon. She appeared very happy and comfortable. The staff wheeled her into the dining room where we could talk, she had her oxygen too. The cheerful staff offered us a hot drink. All the care and domestic staff were very friendly. I have been diagnosed with the onset
of Alzheimer's disease. I have instructed my family, husband and children that if I should need 24-hour care, it must be Eden Mansions Care Home.

Very impressed with staff, I would say in the majority of cases the staff put in 110% and in my opinion are the kingpin of the care system at Eden.

The care provided to residents at Eden Mansions is outstanding. The staff are patient, kind and very vigilant. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Relations of residents receive a warm welcome and are kept fully informed about their loved ones. There is a wide range of activities which residents are
encouraged to join. It has a warm and homely atmosphere. Some of the rooms could do with an upgrade.

My father was a resident at Eden Mansions in Wilmslow up to 27th March 2017. He was only at the home for five weeks but the care he received during his stay was nothing short of exceptional. When choosing a care home for my dad, we wanted one which provided the best of everything and Eden Mansions
did just that.
