From the moment we stepped into Euxton Park the staff were exceptional. The needs of my father were met whatever that may have been. The were very courteous and accommodating and he was treated with respect and dignity. The cleanliness and quality of the home is second to none. The manager Debbie has high standards and this is reflected in her staff. I have had experience of care homes in the past and couldn't find anything negative to say about Euxton Park. One last thing, the grounds are amazing!!!

This is Mum's second visit. She had a very nasty slip 20 months ago, breaking both arms in multiple places and knee cap, but she walked out of Euxton Park Care Home after her fantastic care there. Sadly, she has recently broken her hip and shattered her arm. After the hospital trauma visit mum would not go anywhere else for her recovery. At 88, Mum is a very proud lady set in her ways, but the lovely carers were and still are phenomenal at looking out for her, having fun, being respectful, even with so much to do, they all welcomed mum back with open arms. The care given to all residents/clients is absolutely excellent. A little saying I have come across puts it in perspective. "Nothing beats kindness, it sits quietly beyond all things" Mealtimes obviously are a lot busier for carers, but they always try to accommodate ASAP. Personally, our family have had nothing but exceptional service from people who actually care. From the manager all the way through, carers, nurses, kitchen staff, cleaners, workers, and everyone in between. If asked to help in different ways due to mum's circumstances, they continue to excel 100%.

The care home has a very friendly atmosphere with excellent staff and carers. My mother suffers from dementia and so requires encouragement to take part in activities which she enjoys, and appreciates once she gets involved. She does enjoy being in groups and taking part in the activities, but does need encouragement to take part. The staff are friendly and considerate to her at all times.

Mum has been in Euxton Park Care Home for 3 years now, and although mum's condition has deteriorated we feel she has always been well cared for. All the staff are lovely with her. Mum can't join in with the activities anymore, but still enjoys the company when the staff go to her room to read newspapers for her, and they are all happy and upbeat with her, which brings a smile to her face.

My Nan was moved from another care home which had been providing sub-par service. At Euxton Park she is thriving, she has regained some weight, has her hair and nails done (which she always loved), she is stimulated in her environment and well taken care of by the whole team.
The manager and staff always greet us when we visit and more importantly engage with my Nan on a daily basis. She always has a smile for Debbie.

We are so glad she made the move.

The nursing home is an amazing place. My Dad spent 4 months in there before he passed away in June 2026. The carers were brilliant and always did their very best for Dad. The nursing was exceptional too. He always had clean clothes. The Activity Coordinators were good fun. He managed to go to a few activities which he really enjoyed. The home is so clean and tidy. If I could give it 6 stars out of 5 I would have done. Debbie you have a truly amazing team. Thank you for everything.

Overall Experience

Since coming to euxton park we have seen significant improvements in my nanny's health and wellbeing. The staff do an amazing job at looking after her, they take such care to ensure that she enjoys her meals and has regular engagement and contact throughout the day. They organise special events for her and the other residents to be a part of throughout the year and ensure that any entertainment is tailored specifically for them. The team clearly care about her and work really hard to ensure that she feels safe and well looked after. I would absolutely recommend Euxton park to anyone who needed help with caring for an elderly relative.

My nan has come on loads at this care home. Debbie and the team have looked after her well, and I'm forever grateful. Nan had lost weight and was deteriorating at the last care home that she was at, I'm so glad the family put her at Euxton hall there's so much better quality of care for nan. Thanks to the team.

All the staff showed such care and compassion to my mum at the end of her life and towards us as a family. I greatly appreciate that she got to spend her last days here.
Mum's room looked out onto the beautiful surrounding greenery, which was calming and what she would have chosen if she could.

I felt confident in the care provided and comforted knowing mum was in good hands.

A business or care home is only as good as the staff. On my many visits over a three week period, I have found the staff exceeding my expectations. Professional, caring, very friendly and my mother also feels the same! The facility is in beautiful grounds and is very fit for purpose and well looked after. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

My mum has recently experienced some very upsetting days with my Dad as his Alzheimer’s has progressed, whilst he has been looked after and cared for brilliantly by the Euxton staff, it is the attention and care given to my mum that I particularly want to call out. She has been looked after in an extremely kind and caring way by all members of the Euxton Park team, and not just the nursing staff, but also the wider team such as the laundry team. Mum has been so touched by their kindness and especially for taking the time to sit with her, make her a cup of tea and help her to compose herself.

I am only a temporary resident but I am enjoying my stay at Euxton Park Care Home and I was made to feel welcome from day one. The staff are friendly, care about the residents and are always happy to help if I need them to do so. My room is warm and kept clean and my clothes and bedding changed regularly. The food is delicious, varied and is prepared and cooked at the home by the caters. The activities team gently encourage everyone to take part in the daily activities but it's not a problem if you don't want to join in, ok if you just want to watch. I enjoy joining in and so does my son when he visits. We are both extremely happy with the care I receive at Euxton Park.
