Our Fees are based on the assessment of the individual and care needs they require.
Hairdressing and Podiatrist fees are paid separately.
Weekly physio is included, extra physio requires an extra charge.
Once a full care needs assessment has been completed an appropriate fee will be dicussed.

Your kind words about the staff team will be passed along to them and I am sure they will be grateful as they work very hard caring for all our residents. Staffing levels are regularly reviewed and our current ratio fluctuates between 1:4 and 1:5. Staffing levels are dependent on resident needs and resident occupancy. A dependency scoping tool is used to determine safe staffing levels. You feel the staff are attentive and care for the residents well which I also take into consideration when determining staffing levels, so I am confident that levels are currently safe. Your aunt has only been with us a short time therefore I feel we have not yet had the opportunity to build up communication channels. Effective communication is very important and I would be more than happy to discuss your concerns in person. I operate an open door policy so please feel free to come and chat when it is convenient. The first choice of nursing home that had been chosen in January 2020 was not able to take Mum due to Covid being in the home.
As soon as it was possible, we were able to visit Mum in the Covid safe conservatory, and when visiting was permitted into the home, this was carefully managed to maintain safety for staff, patients and visitors. Mum deteriorated quickly in the last week, and the care and love that was given to Mum were incredible.
If you are reading this review trying to make a choice of where to place a loved one, please arrange a visit, the home and staff are amazing; thank you so much for all you did for Mum.
