My wife was on admitted the 23rd of September after an 8 weeks stay in hospital for a broken femur. she has dementia which made recovery impossible to get her back on her feet. A care home was the answer and on viewing several, Three Bridges came out the outright best. Lovely caring staff, super clean
rooms and all areas. Made to feel at home. the progress with her care over such a short time has been amazing and so glad we chose Three Bridges.

Three Bridges became my Dad's home for nearly 3 years. During lockdown, the staff became my dad‘s family as we were unable to visit the home. The relationship he had with all the staff who looked after him, was lovely and as his dementia progressed, he recognised staff more than his own family. My Dad
sadly passed away in March this year, we were fortunate to be able to spend his last days with him in his home. All the staff were so supportive of us all. The standard and quality of care given was excellent allowing us the time with him to make memories that we will hold very dear in the coming months. The Home Manager has an amazing team working there and they truly make Three Bridges a lovely home. It was a big decision to put my Dad into a care home, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Three Bridges to anybody.

Called in for the first time since lockdown. My sister was in good spirits and healthier than I had seen for a very long time. The staff were down to earth, friendly, kind and helpful. The management had been very helpful in enabling my sister to leave the home for a few hours a month earlier for a
family emergency. Much appreciated.

My wife has been at Three Bridges since December 2020 and is still there. They have transformed her from being bed-bound to being able to eat and drink. The staff have given me back a piece of my old wife. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you all.

Recommended by a resident's daughter and checked out on the website. My wife has been a resident for the past ten weeks and has settled in well, with help from all the staff. Have not had an opportunity to look inside, due to Covid restrictions, but have no reason to expect to have any concerns. The
only thing that I am disappointed with is that when a room is cleared, all rubbish is dumped in the car park for several days and looks very unsightly for visitors.

During this very strange year, I have not been able to visit as usual. However, I have been kept informed, and I can't thank every single member of staff for how they have looked after my mum. I have had two recent visits and felt that all safety aspects were covered. I was tested for Covid and wore
PPE supplied by Thre Bridges. The main thing for me is that my mum is very happy and always positive. Thanks again for all your love and care you give my mum.

My brother was admitted to Three Bridges Nursing Home. He is disabled. The staff are angels, everyone is so kind and caring. It is such a shame the Coronavirus is clouding everything but you feel safe in the professional approach the home is taking. Well done Three Bridges.

Three Bridges has cared for my mum for over 3 years. I visited 9 homes before deciding that this was the one for mum, it was an excellent choice. The staff are amazing and care deeply for all the residents treating each and everyone as an individual with individual needs. My mum (who sadly passed recently)
received the best care from the kindest most caring team. I knew my mum was always safe, loved and extremely well cared for. Three Bridges has always had a really loving homely feel. The staff have always supported both me and mum. I will miss everyone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Three Bridges to anyone.

As a family, we have christened Three Bridges 'Hogwarts' truly! the change in mum since arriving at the nursing EMI unit is nothing short of magical. The staff are so wonderful with her, not just the care staff but manager, admin who is such a beautiful soul and domestics too. As a family, we will never
be able to express our gratitude to the love and care given to our mum and which has continued throughout these strange times. The quality and standard of care are truly excellent. Thank you.

Everyone is so friendly and very helpful it is a lovely place to visit. My mother is very independent and stubborn so it did take her a few weeks to settle in. She now thinks it is a great place and is very happy.

Staff have become like family to my nan and it’s brilliant to see her happy, settled and looked after at this place. When we visit all staff welcome you. Another good point is that all paperwork is done electronically which is more effective as I know my nan is getting the proper care she deserves rather
than seeing staff sitting down for hours with tons of paperwork.
One negative thing I have heard from my nan are the meals on offer, as she says there is one cook who is excellent, but sometimes the food is only just warm or the choices given she isn’t too keen on.

My grandad has been in the home for about eight months now and the staff there have been amazing and at first my grandad was extremely rude and difficult for the staff but I think he's finally settled in now and I love coming to visit. It's been so hard not being able to just pop in to see how he's
doing, however, the staff made it a little easier by posting updates online on the residents so thank you for what you guys do.

We had to admit our mum into a care home recently and after visiting a few care homes we chose Three Bridges. Since being in there, Mum has really gone back to her old self and is a lot happier. The staff are excellent and treat Mum as an individual and not just as another number. I visit most days
and I can see a vast improvement in Mum's quality of life. Although she has a terminal illness, I am 100% sure that being at Three Bridges will make what time she has left, far better for her. It was a hard decision putting Mum into care but after seeing her now compared to what she was 3 months ago, I know it was the right decision. Again I can't speak highly enough of the staff there and would like them to know that all their efforts in making Mum comfortable and happier is very much appreciated.

My father has resided at Three Bridges Nursing Home. From May this year, he has had major changes in his life from having limited care at home to becoming very dependent for his own safety. The staff have given him the time and support to come to terms with this transition and helped him to settle in
his new surroundings. They have also helped me, and his family totally informed and are very friendly and approachable at all times.

I am so pleased that we have found the perfect care home for my mum.
As a family, it is important to know that our mum is well cared for, fed well, active and above all, loved. Three Bridges gives this to us and more - we have total peace of mind that she is in the safest of hands. She loves it and

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Three Bridges for over a year and has been well looked after during this period. She has vascular dementia, but the staff are all well-trained to accommodate such conditions. This is a well-managed, well-run residential nursing home and the staff are all friendly
and approachable. Three Bridges is situated in a very accessible part of Warrington, which is a consideration when faced with long-term visiting. After what I have witnessed over the last 12 months, I would certainly recommend this nursing home to anyone who requires such a service.

After having a severe stroke my father was bedbound.
We found a really nice room for him, all newly decorated etc overlooking the garden.
From the very first day, all the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
They could not do enough for my dad and all the family.
Nursing staff were excellent
and I know my dad passed away very peacefully.

    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 53 registered maximum number of service users is 10.6, which has been reached with 12 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

I have previously managed nursing homes and recently joined Orchard Care Homes as the Registered manager of Three Bridges in 2024.
