Carers provide an excellent service overall - even when my mother is at her most difficult, or, at times, aggressive.
They are very patient and caring with her, even if she gets angry or repetitive.
The rooms sometimes seem dirty (table and floor) with the same things on the floor as previous day.
First floor corridor usually smells.
She really seems to enjoy her breakfasts and lunches, and she is often given multiple hot drinks during the day - most of which she doesn't drink. She is now good at drinking her lemonade.
Reply from Anne Ruttle, Home Manager at Eaton Court Nursing HomeThank you for taking the time to review the Home and for your lovely comments about the care team who always do their very best. I am sorry you found the cleanliness lacking and that you did not raise this with us during your visit so that we could have addressed it at the time. I am happy to hear that your mother is enjoying the food especially considering that her initial admission in 2023 was for end-of-life care. We look forward to seeing you on your next trip to the UK.

The home is a welcoming and happy environment. The staff are friendly and carry out their role in a professional manner. There are daily activities where staff encourage the residents to join in. They make these activities fun for all. The home is clean and tidy and the food provided is of a high standard.
My brother has settled well and gets on well with staff. The manager interacts well with the residents and answers any questions that we may have.

Running out of pads, then took one off someone else for me,which was too small, still put it on, Not the first time.
Took my slide sheet, plus the bowl for washing my hair, using my place as a storage room. Just walk in and take them, only few ask .
Pad put on wrong, it was round my knee's, in a last
minute rush. My fault l should have told them, but shouldn't need to.
Plus the management wants to buy a new wheel For the trolley lol makes too much noise it's no good.

My dad has been in Middleton Park Lodge for 9 weeks, the care has been overall good, staff are lovely, but could do with more of them. Dad complains he has to wait long periods for staff to come when he presses his alarm. I understand it's not one to one and have explained this to dad. The home is clean.
What I have witnessed myself so far has been good, keep up the hard work. The activities co ordinator Paula is a great asset to the home. We are welcomed every visit by staff.

My mum, Mrs. Jean Kendell, has been at Middleton Park Lodge since November 2025. We have been delighted with the care she has received. The staff are very professional and extremely helpful and friendly. She has enjoyed great food and social engagement with events and outings. The new manager, Rosie
Martin, has already made a hugely positive impression. I am very pleased to see the home in such capable and professional hands.

New staff all the time. It's not their fault got to learn somewhere just annoying i felt very uncomfortable.
Just spoken to one, and he said he had no experience of the job, all new to him, it's like the blind leading the blind.
Even the other carer is new.

My dad was a resident in the care home from September 25 till March 26, when he sadly died. Unfortunately apart from a handful of carers who were fantastic I found this home sadly lacking in care needs, management seemed more concerned about targets than actual individuals, as a family we felt we had
to visit on a daily basis to ensure dad's care needs were met, he was found wondering without support on many occasion, and once left distressed and soiled while being ignored by staff, dad sadly passed away after a stroke in March and the carers in his last week were amazing, coming in on days off to check on us all, but in that week we saw the real pressures they were under trying to care for everyone with limited staff. Several of the staff came to dads funeral and were most welcome, the management team however didn't even find time or have the courtesy to send a condolence message, I think that says everything

My father first came in for respite in December 2025 for 2 weeks. He has no returned for 6 weeks commencing 30th March 2026. Easton Court has excelled at providing the care and equipment he requires, as he is a large man with full capacity.
On Monday 13th April 2026, he celebrated his 103rd birthday.

We were in need of urgent respite care when we contacted Langfield. They were amazing! They helped us through a difficult time with care, professionalism and ease.
My Dad has settled so well that he calls it home. The respite has become long term care in view of Dad settling so well and my mums health
issues.
Langfield helped with the adjustment for my Dad and his family- physically, mentally and emotionally. We have felt part of the Langfield community. We have been included and helped with all aspects of Dads care. We haven't met a member of staff who hasn't been helpful, caring and friendly this includes from the Manager to the cleaning staff.
Dad, although struggling with Alzheimer's, is loving his time in the home and the activities they do brings people together.

My mother has been a resident of Three Bridges for over two years. In all that time, I have been very happy with the care she has received. The staff are wonderful. They look after Mum so well and I feel that they genuinely love looking after her. She is well fed and always looks good thanks to
the care that is taken over washing and dressing her and her having regular hair appointments. Mum is kept occupied by the various activities that take place and the entertainers that come into the home on a regular basis. As I live several hours away, it is very helpful for me to see my Mum enjoying these activities through the frequent social media posts. The building itself is bright, cheerful and well decorated and always smells fresh and clean. It is a pleasure to spend time there on visits. I am extremely glad that my family and I chose Three Bridges.

My dad has been a resident at Green Park Care Home since October 2025, and I honestly cannot praise the home and staff highly enough.
My dad has dementia, and he settled in remarkably well, which is entirely down to the friendly, caring and incredibly helpful staff. They are absolutely lovely with
him and make him feel like part of a family rather than just a resident. It brings us huge comfort to know he is treated with such kindness, dignity and respect every day.
I genuinely enjoy my visits, and on the occasions when I can't get there as often as I would like, I don't worry because I know he is settled, happy and well looked after. He is always clean, tidy and well cared for, and it's clear that staff really take pride in looking after him.
