Castleford lodge staff are truly amazing , every person working there has a welcoming smile , and all residents are treated with the love and care they deserve, I have never had to visit a relative in a care home setting before , but I would recommend Castleford lodge without hesitation , I cannot fault
any aspect of the care home or the staff , thank you Sarah and all the staff I've had the pleasure of meeting

My father first came in for respite in December 2025 for 2 weeks. He has no returned for 6 weeks commencing 30th March 2026. Easton Court has excelled at providing the care and equipment he requires, as he is a large man with full capacity.
On Monday 13th April 2026, he celebrated his 103rd birthday.
Mel arranged for a party, singer and buffet. We were also able to invite close friends and family. It was an absolutely lovely day. So much care and consideration went into making it a truly memorable occasion.
Reply from Anne Ruttle, Home Manager at Eaton Court Nursing HomeThank you for your review, it is a pleasure to look after your remarkable father, and we all enjoyed celebrating his long life with you.

A welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly, caring and compassionate. They try very hard to offer individual care. Staff respond quickly and efficiently to any needs or requests and keep us updated on all aspects of care. The home welcomes and works in partnership with the wider community health care
team so many nursing needs are accomodated.
Reply from Kelly Levick, Home Manager at Green Lodge Care HomeThankyou for taking the time to leave a review of our care home. I will ensure your lovely comments are cascaded to the team.

We were in need of urgent respite care when we contacted Langfield. They were amazing! They helped us through a difficult time with care, professionalism and ease.
My Dad has settled so well that he calls it home. The respite has become long term care in view of Dad settling so well and my mums health
issues.
Langfield helped with the adjustment for my Dad and his family- physically, mentally and emotionally. We have felt part of the Langfield community. We have been included and helped with all aspects of Dads care. We haven't met a member of staff who hasn't been helpful, caring and friendly this includes from the Manager to the cleaning staff.
Dad, although struggling with Alzheimer's, is loving his time in the home and the activities they do brings people together.
Knowing Dad is so well cared for brings us great peace of mind as we struggle with "losing" the man we love to Alzheimer's.
We can't thank the staff enough and would recommend Langfield to anyone interested his

My mother has been a resident of Three Bridges for over two years. In all that time, I have been very happy with the care she has received. The staff are wonderful. They look after Mum so well and I feel that they genuinely love looking after her. She is well fed and always looks good thanks to
the care that is taken over washing and dressing her and her having regular hair appointments. Mum is kept occupied by the various activities that take place and the entertainers that come into the home on a regular basis. As I live several hours away, it is very helpful for me to see my Mum enjoying these activities through the frequent social media posts. The building itself is bright, cheerful and well decorated and always smells fresh and clean. It is a pleasure to spend time there on visits. I am extremely glad that my family and I chose Three Bridges.
Reply from Whitney Sampson, Home Manager at Three Bridges Nursing HomeThank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and positive review. We are delighted to hear how happy you have been with the care your mother has received over the past two years. Your kind words about our staff will be immensely appreciated by the whole team. It is wonderful to know that your mother is well presented, comfortable, and enjoying the meals, activities, and regular entertainment we offer. We are proud of the environment we provide and are so pleased that you find the home welcoming, clean, and a pleasure to visit.

My dad has been a resident at Green Park Care Home since October 2025, and I honestly cannot praise the home and staff highly enough.
My dad has dementia, and he settled in remarkably well, which is entirely down to the friendly, caring and incredibly helpful staff. They are absolutely lovely with
him and make him feel like part of a family rather than just a resident. It brings us huge comfort to know he is treated with such kindness, dignity and respect every day.
I genuinely enjoy my visits, and on the occasions when I can't get there as often as I would like, I don't worry because I know he is settled, happy and well looked after. He is always clean, tidy and well cared for, and it's clear that staff really take pride in looking after him.
The team are excellent at keeping me informed - if anything happens, they contact me promptly, and they manage all of his medical needs professionally and with great care.

Archer Court has a warm, friendly environment. The staff and management have a kind and welcoming attitude. Residents are encouraged to join in and interact on themed days, which my husband seems to enjoy. My husband has his own room where he can retire to if he wants privacy. Rom eats well and has
a good and varied diet. Ron sometimes looks a little disheveled but this is due to his dementia and refusing to shower, etc., not due to lack of care. Overall Archers Court is a warm, caring environment, and I am happy that Ron is being well looked after, physically and emotionally.

My dad was transferred here from having spent a few weeks in another local care home. And I can honestly day what a breath of fresh air in comparison. The staff have been so welcoming and polite to us all, they've all spent time chatting and making him feel at ease. The care home feels loving and looked

Mum was only in the home for a very short period before she died. The care, compassion and dignity they afford Mum was second to none. Everyone without exception showed these traits and my fears were totally unfounded.
The last couple of days before she died the care family took my Mum, my sister and
I under their wing and looked after all 3 of us and we were all truly grateful. Thank you
Reply from Krzysztof Bialczyk, Home Manager at Lofthouse Grange & Lodge Care HomeThank you so much for your beautiful words. It means more than I can say that you took the time to share this during such a difficult period for you and your family. It was truly our privilege to care for your mum, even though her time with us was short. She was a remarkable lady, and we are grateful that you entrusted her into our care. Knowing that she felt safe, respected, and comforted in her final days is something the whole team holds close to heart. We were also honoured to be able to support you and your sister. In moments like these, families become part of our own care family, and we do everything we can to make sure no one feels alone. Your gratitude is deeply appreciated, but please know that caring for all three of you was simply what we were here to do. From all of us, thank you for allowing us to walk alongside you during such a tender time. Your mum will be remembered with warmth.

I have found my husband has been very well cared for. Obviously, it takes time for the resident to get to know faces and the staff to know their ways, which at times can be testing. Special thanks to cleaning staff who ensure that the premesis are clean and tidy particularly the lounges and individual living rooms (bedroom). Activities are well ran and well participated
