Visited my friend and neighbour of many years, so some of my observations come from her, e.g. Food and drink, but the staff were very welcoming and kind. Everywhere looked clean and there was a lovely atmosphere. This home scores very high in my opinion.

Both my father and mother in law were given a shared room at very short notice on the 28th May. The staff are very understanding, caring and respect of their needs. They are very well looked after by all members of the caring team. The Deputy Manger especially is wonderful. She gives us updates on how both are doing. They are both happy where they are. They both go out a few times each day, using their bus passes for short excursions.
Thank you for leaving a review regarding our Home, both are very happy here and regularly say how much they are enjoying themselves. I will certainly pass on your positive comments to our team.
At short notice they accommodated my parents and immediately the staff have been understanding and very caring. The home regularly assesses their needs and keeps me informed of both positives and any concerns. More importantly my parents feel well cared for, settled and comfortable.

The staff are very caring and helpful, they do all they can to ensure my mother in law is well looked after and happy. There is a good range of activities and staff work hard to encourage residents to participate and socialise. Overall very pleased that my mother in law is so well looked after in a very safe and caring environment.

Paddock Stile Manor is providing a high level of care for my mam. A massive strength of the home is the kindness, care and consideration of the staff. Staff ensure Mam's dignity is maintained at all times and respond appropriately to her needs, including contacting medical services if necessary. Staff frequently go above and beyond expectations. Staff work hard to keep the home clean, Mam's room is frequently cleaned, floors washed, bathroom cleaned, bedding changed, etc. Staff ensure Mam always has access to soft drinks; tea, coffee, fruit, biscuits are offered frequently. Mam chooses not to leave her room so staff visit regularly and spend time with her. Visitors are always made welcome.
We welcome all feedback regarding our home, thank you for such a positive review. I will certainly pass on your feedback to our team, who will be delighted.
Caring staff, nice food, exceptionally clean. Extremely help and welcoming. Staff have been very sociable and conversational without being pre-empted. Thank you in appreciation.
Thank you for your kind review and positive comments, I will pass these on to our team, who will be delighted. Julie
Mam has been a resident for 5 years and the care has been 1st class. The activities and facilities ensure that mam is comfortable and well looked after. Rooms are clean and staff friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a care home for a loved one I would recommend Paddock Stile.

Although my husband has only been in Paddock Stile a short time I must say I can't fault the care and attention he is receiving from all of the staff. Each and every one of them has been marvellous so far. Well done all of you. If all care homes had staff like you families wouldn't have to worry about their loved ones.
Thank you so much for your positive comment, we aim to ensure a high standard of care is delivered. I shall certainly pass on your comments to the team, they will be thrilled.
I am very satisfied with my relative's accommodation and care. I have not commented on the management, cost and activities as I do not really have any knowledge of them. However, because I am happy with the care home itself I feel that the management are doing a good job. I was disappointed that the outside space was not used to give residents an outdoor experience but all delighted that steps are being taken to rectify this and I am looking forward to future visits when we can be with my relative in the outside space.
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, our garden was undergoing a refurb and is now finished, our people have been enjoying some outside activities. Please do not hesitate to take a visit in our garden when you are next here.
Firstly I would just say that I have not commented on some options as I don't know enough about them to comment meaningfully. I do feel that the staff do a very difficult job in a caring and friendly way and I have spoken to several of them and always felt their comments are genuine and professional. I regret that my sister's health is such that she needs to be at Paddock Stile but I have no concerns about how she is looked after there. She always seems to be communicative and pleasant when I see her with occasional downbeat spells which don't last.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review for our Home. I will certainly pass on your positive feedback to the team.
My brother is a resident in the home. He is nearing end of life. I have found all of the staff to be lovely, caring and nothing is a trouble to them. My brother is always clean and comfortable when we go to visit, which is every day. They always ask if there's anything we need, and offer us tea or coffee when coming round with the resident's drinks. We are more than happy with the care.
We appreciate you taking your time to leave a review, thank you so much. I will pass on your positive feedback to out team.
Excellent care and support for my dad staff can not do enough for him all the facilities are brilliant food is very good as my dad is celiac
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, we aim to ensure everyone's needs are catered for. I will certainly pass on your comments to the team.
My sister has been a resident for approximately 3 years and is very happy here. I have found the staff to be caring and respectful and they always act promptly if I have any health worries about my sister. They are always friendly and helpful and I am kept informed of any concerns they have. My sister loves participating in all of the activities and particularly likes having her nails done and listening to the performers who come regularly. I would say that I have found all of the staff to be excellent. They really care about the residents and it shows.
Hi Julie, thank you so much for your positive review. We take all reviews positively and I will certainly pass on your comments to our team.
Mam has been a resident since early July 2024 having moved from assisted living home. The move was necessary due to her Alzheimer's deteriorating. She settled well after a couple of days. We follow the home on social media and love the interaction between staff and residents. The staff are very caring and couldn't fault them in any way. We are so pleased she is here as she now has a smile on her face in most of the pictures we see, which we haven't seen in 4 years. She regularly gets involved in the in-house activities which unfortunately the previous home did not have. So pleased we found this place.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Your Mam likes to interact with others and spend time participating in activities, which is great to see. I will pass on your comments to the team where it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
