Since the difficult decision was made for my Mother to be placed into care, the staff have done everything possible to settle and reassure her in her new surroundings. The manager is amazing and it's obvious she knows and cares for my mother. I feel my mother is in the best possible place to meet her needs.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback and excellent review. We all take great pleasure in ensuring your loved one is cared for with the highest standard of care. I will pass your comments on to the team who will be extremely grateful. Kind regards
My dad has been in for 8 weeks now and has been treated very well. Everyone has welcomed him in the home, the carers have been amazing with him. I feel much better in myself, dad is safe and management are amazing.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our home. We aim to go the extra mile and give our residents the best possible care. I will pass on your feedback to the team.
Having only needed and required the help of said care home over the last four months and been recommended by a friend. My review has been limited and I'm sure the facilities will be good and if not even better in the future if needed.
Kind regards, Julie Thompson
Mam has been here for over a year now. Have taken excellent care of her. Staff have been fantastic during this trying time. The service provided and the facilities are excellent and we feel assured that mam is receiving the best care possible.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our home, we at Paddock Stile Manor take great pride in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care.
My mother is being cared for in Paddock Stile and whilst sadly her health needs are now so great we are unable to now look after her. We know how much the staff care for her and it means the world to us that she is looked after by the team with such kindness and understanding of her needs.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our home, we appreciate all reviews. We take great pleasure in looking after your Mum along with our other residents. I will pass your kind words onto the staff team.
I am the son of a resident who has been there for several months. In the short time my mother has been there I find that I can only comment positively on the home and its staff. I contact the home daily and my sisters and brothers visit her when possible during these difficult times due to lockdown and in the pod system put in place. I find the staff very caring and responsive to questions asked. There are many activities for the residents to partake in and photographs subsequently put on social media so family can view how their loved ones are enjoying their stay. I would highly recommend the home to anyone thinking of placing a loved one in care, this is the first time we have done this and would not hesitate to do it again.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our Home, your fantastic feedback will be welcoming to our staff team here at Paddock Stile Manor. I am so pleased that you are happy with the care your Mother receives from our wonderful team, I will share your comments with them all.
Dad has been living at Paddock Stile Manor since 19th of October and is happy and settled there. Christmas Eve was the first time anyone from the family has been to visit Dad since he moved in. Mum and I spent 45 minutes with Dad and we were both struck by the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the team. We receive regular updates on Dad and how he is and would have no hesitation in recommending Paddock Stile to anyone.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review regarding our Home. We are grateful for any review received. I will pass on your positive feedback to the team.
No complaint. The carers are excellent and thanks to all.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review Paddock Stile Manor. All reviews are welcome and I will certainly pass on your feedback to the staff team. Kind regards, Julie
My father initially went to Paddock Stile Manor for emergency respite care in December 2019, after my mother was admitted to hospital. I don't live locally and it was a great relief to leave him in such a warm and welcoming place, with friendly and reassuring staff. I knew he would be well cared for and this was a load off my mind at a time of crisis. He enjoyed the outings and activities and was relaxed and happy when I visited him. My father died in May 2020. He could not have been better cared for at the end of his life. I am also grateful to the staff for the sensitive and supportive way they communicated with me in such difficult circumstances. My mother has been at Paddock Stile Manor since February and receives excellent care. I am confident that the staff know her very well and understand her needs. They are always ready to listen, find solutions to problems and deal with any concerns quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Paddock Stile Manor.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review Paddock Stile Manor; we welcome all feedback to ensure we are delivering the best possible care. I will pass your kind comments onto the staff, which will be greatly appreciated. Kind regards.
It was such a hard decision we as a family had to make to look at residential care for Mam but it was the best decision we made! She settled well into Paddock Stile, classed it as home and was treated with dignity and respect by all the staff. She was well looked after, all her needs were met, she was content, happy and above all safe. This year has been exceptionally difficult for all Care Homes due to Covid-19 with strict restrictions put in place! Keeping everyone safe within the home was paramount but Paddock Stile still managed to facilitate family visits through her window and as restrictions lifted in a marquee in the garden. Activities continued and events like Ascot Day proved to be a complete success, Mam thoroughly enjoyed herself. Staff always made us very welcome when visiting and any worries we had about Mam were always dealt with quickly and efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paddock Stile to anyone needing residential care for their loved ones.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our home. I’m delighted to hear you have scored excellent in every area. I will pass on your kind words to our team who strive to maintain a high standard here at Paddock Stile. Many thanks, Julie Thompson Manager.
As we are not able to visit at this time, it has been great to have use of a portal generously supplied. When that is not available one lady has been so kind and used her own phone, so we are able to video call Mum. This has helped us enormously, as to be able to see Mum as well as talk to her, has helped to ease our worries.
We would like to thank all the staff for the loving and professional care they give to all the residents. We hope that Paddock Stile Manor stays Covid-19 free, and it is not long before it is open for visitors, so we can visit our Mum again.
Take care.
Kind regards.
