I thought long and hard about my mum going into a home but it was the best decision I ever made. She is so happy and well taken care of the staff every single one of them are caring and loving. I now have peace of mid knowing my mum is so well taken care of and loved.

Couldn't be more pleased with the staff from Lansbury Court Care Home. My mam stayed here for her final few weeks, and the care the staff gave was amazing. She was well cared for and loved by many of the staff. The day staff were also so lovely to me and my family, and the home has an amazing team.

On my last visit the home were having a prom day, there was entertainment in the lounge, a very good singer, who encouraged the residents to be up and dance with him showing off their lovely prom dresses.
The staff took part and everyone enjoyed the show.

I need to start with the activities provided at the home. They are superb, my sister and the residents have just had a prom, all dressed in beautiful dresses and suits. Amazing day. They go above and beyond expectations. They can support my sister and our family have received has been brilliant.

The care and support they've given myself and my brother-in-law has been fabulous, more so during recent times as his condition has degraded somewhat and has been challenging to say the least. But, the staff always try to carry on with his care and support for me. P.S. Carers are always positive about
their work and raise a 'smile' with other residents, you can see they're always wanting to keep them happy. 'The Carers' Show' was for getting dressed up, singing, and dancing, which included the residents being involved, a good day.

The home needs updating, very tired. Staff are spot on, fab to my dad and other residents. We have had a few issues but they are always taken care of. Dad's bedroom is not the best, bedding etc.

Lovely home. Mom is really happy here. I do visit nearly every day to attend to her hygiene as it's very poor and with only 3 carers to cover a large amount of residents I feel like I'm helping them. Only thing I would like to be addressed is the corridor Mom in needs to be covered but due to lack of
carers isn't possible at the moment.

Made to feel welcome, from office staff and all care staff I see on my journey in the home. Aromas coming from the kitchen restaurant area smell absolutely delicious. Cleanliness is very good, overall everything and everyone seem excellent, contented staff makes for a happy workplace.

Overall I have found Lansbury Court Care Home to be good. Two members of the staff stand out from all of the rest. They find time to talk to my father and make sure that his personal care is carried out. It is noticeable when they are on different shifts. My father can be unshaven and unkempt. Then
I will shave him. But overall the care is good.

The past week mam has not been well, the staff were brilliant with her care getting in touch with the ambulance, doctor etc. They went above and beyond to help her. We are truly grateful to all the staff for looking after her.

My elderly neighbour while living in Lansbury Court was very well looked after. The staff could not do enough for her. She was treated like one of the family. Her room was always clean and tidy. I was always kept informed on how she was doing. When I phoned the staff were very friendly. Also through
this pandemic, I was able to see my neighbour through a video call, and staff were there to support her from the day she took poorly. The care she received was fantastic. I owe everything to all the staff and management. Thank you so much. If I needed a home for my parent to go into it would be Lansbury Court.

I am very happy with the care of my mother and previously my father who was a resident until he died. When visiting at various times her room was always very clean and tidy. I've always found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant when I have telephoned or visited.

My mam went to stay at Landsbury Court when she was terminally ill. From the very beginning of making contact with the staff there, they were kind and helpful. This was the start of an amazing relationship we formed with everyone there. Staff go above and beyond for everyone; it has a family feel and
is spotlessly clean. The facilities in each room are excellent, and a member of staff is always around. My mam was discharged from hospital and was so unhappy in herself, that changed on the day she moved here, staff became like extended family, this is more than a job to them. Their care, compassion, kindness gave my mam her dignity, pride and smile back, that’s priceless, and the staff are like precious jewels. We trusted them from day one, and I have seen first hand their care of other residents, each with limited abilities of different varieties, someone’s always laughing, chatting, smiling, dancing and totally enjoying life. This is a trustworthy quality place to stay. Thanks, everyone.

My mam went into Lansbury Court in August 2021 after being in hospital for 12 weeks, and the care she was given by each and every one of the carers was phenomenal.
Each and every one of the staff at Lansbury Court gave my mam her dignity and pride back and you can see the care they gave not only to
my mam but to each and every one of the residents in there was so amazing, and you can see their jobs are more than just jobs to them.
Myself and my family could not thank you enough for what each and every one of you did for our mam and also for us. My family/relations were always felt welcome every day when we went to visit and we just could not thank you all enough. Each and every one of you are worth your weight in gold.
Sadly my mam passed away on the 7th of October after being given two to three weeks to live but the care my mam was given she lived for an extra eight weeks and this was down to care and the carers. You are all truly amazing and we could never thank you enough.
