Any mum wanted/ needed wasn't ant trouble. They was there for me to as her daughter even a hello, cuddle even a smile xx

She really seems to enjoy her breakfasts and lunches, and she is often given multiple hot drinks during the day - most of which she doesn't drink. She is now good at drinking her lemonade.

On Monday 13th April 2026, he celebrated his 103rd birthday. Mel arranged for a party, singer and buffet. We were also able to invite close friends and family. It was an absolutely lovely day. So much care and consideration went into making it a truly memorable occasion.

I did not take part in many of the activites but there were a good variety to choose from.

Dad came to Eaton court after being in hospital and other care facilities. On day one my dad was given a shower and a shave. Something that he had not had for several weeks. This made him feel and look so much better. On week 3 of dads stay in Eaton court and we are almost on the home stretch for dad to come home. I can't thank you all enough for getting my dad back to feeling like a human being and looking like dad again. Everyone at Eaton court is so friendly and very caring. Food always smells amazing staff and All residents look so happy all the time. Thank you

My father was placed into Eaton Court by the NHS following a stay in hospital. I will always be grateful for the care he received from the staff at Eaton Court.

Eaton Court Nursing Home have gone above and beyond to make my parents settle into their new surroundings. I couldn't ask for better care and support that all the staff have shown and provided not just my parents but myself too.

I think the care home was very goof for my sister. One or two hiccups but overall I think the staff were very caring.

Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Many appear to really enjoy their work despite the obvious demands of this type of work. My aunt was always addressed by her name and encouraged to get involved with others and the activities. I did think the room could be cleaner, especially the floor. I dropped some water once on the floor - wiped it with toilet tissue which then turned very dirty. That said, a very nice care home, lovely gardens and courtyard.

Excellent facilities. The staff are so friendly and can not do enough to help both residents and visitors. We can not thank you enough for looking after our mother and father. Your support in all aspects of care is second to none. Thank you

I am sister in law and representative to a resident. I am totally pleased at her care, medication and support, although because of her needs she is a bit upset at times when we see her every other day she picks up immensely. I would recommend Easton Court Care Home to anybody. Thank you so much for her impeccable care you have shown her.

Mum is happy here. If she is happy then so am I. Luckily also despite Alzheimer's, she is very compliant goes with the flow and enjoys activities with lovely staff. After being a full-time carer for her for 2 years before she came to you I was finding it very stressful, but now we are both happy and appreciate all that is done for her.

The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it. Medical care is always on hand. Very clean facilities.

All the staff and carers are extremely helpful and friendly towards my sister, and she enjoys her stay.

Eaton Court is a lovely home with a family atmosphere.

I feel mum's room always looks unkept, with lots of discarded items around. Mum's personal belongings are often knocked over etc. Mum often hadn't been cleaned when we arrived at 11 am.

My friend is doing really well since being at Easton Court.

My mother has been confined to a Careflex chair for eight years since suffering a stroke, despite being completely dependent she has never had any pressure care problems. I like how the staff include everyone in the activities despite their abilities. Eton Court is always clean and tidy and smells fresh.
