I am a very close friend of the client and I visit him every day. He gets well looked after and cared for. He is kept clean we do our own laundry. He gets good food.

My Mam was in Green Lodge for just over two years and the care she received was fantastic. All the staff treated my Mam with care, dignity and compassion throughout her time there. I was also treated like family every time I visited my Mam. My Mam recently passed away but I would recommend this care
home to everyone. There was always something organised for the residents to keep them entertained and engaged. Wonderful staff and a wonderful care home.

It was my mother-in-law's 99th birthday and all the staff were so lovely they made her feel so special. One of the staff organised for some children from a local nursery to come and sing Happy Birthday. All the staff came out and it was such a magical moment that my mother-in-law and the family won't

All the staff at Green Lodge Care Home in my opinion are wonderful people and nothing is any trouble at all, they help my wife and others at all times. They are in my mind very special people always friendly with a smile. And they all do a wonderful job with all the residents.

My Mum has been here as a resident for a year and the care she has received has been all and more than I hoped for. I would recommend them for a loved one. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is homely and friendly.
The activities are often and help the residents to have a better quality of life.
Too many to list but live chicks to hold, live music, exercise classes, knitting, painting - the garden in nice weather, ice cream, panto, Salvation Army for Christmas carols. They have a lot of medical care which is hard for us to access at home but is standard and linked to the care home. I can’t ever thank them enough for the care my Mam has received.

My dad went to Green Lodge from hospital after having a fall at home. He has been a resident there since late October. He has settled in extremely well and has built lovely relationships with all of the staff, who treat each resident like a member of their own family. Having previously worked in care
myself, I can, hand on heart say, I could not ask for a better place for my dad. The staff are all friendly and approachable, take the time to listen to residents and visitors and have been fantastic when I needed advice or reassurance.

My father has settled in well. He has dementia and keeps the staff on their toes. He enjoys the food and says the staff are lovely. We visit regularly and he appears to be happy and well looked after by the staff that care for him. I am very pleased with our choice of care home, it's convenient for
visits and appears to be well run.

My mother has been extremely happy in Green Lodge. She has commented about how attentive and friendly the staff are. She has also frequently commented about the excellent quality of the meals. If I have had any queries, the staff have responded quickly and to my satisfaction. After a short time in Green
Lodge, we have noticed that our mother is the best we have seen her in a long time in terms of being more lively and alert. As a family, we are all delighted by how happy she has been.

So my dad has been in Green Lodge for 6 months now, it was so hard dropping him off as he's 83 and blind. But Green Lodge were fantastic took my worries away about leaving him and keeping me informed of his health and mood. In particular, he has taken a shine to a senior care assistant. She has gone
above and beyond to make my dad feel comfortable and looked after, and most importantly wanted and needed. My dad dotes on her and really classes her as his best friend. Green Lodge is a lucky place to have such a caring person on their team. Well done to staff, they credit to the industry, a caring loving people that love their job.

My relative required emergency care and the team at Green Lodge could not be more helpful, due to the current pandemic I was unable to visit but have been completely involved in every aspect of my relatives care. The deputy manager goes above and beyond and keeps me fully updated with everything and
has arranged window visits, face time and WhatsApp calls and as a family, we couldn’t be happier she is a star! The team are professional, caring and led very well. We couldn’t have hoped for a better home. My relative is so happy and we know we made the right decision choosing Green Lodge.

My mum was admitted to Green Lodge as she required extra support. The staff could not be more helpful especially with the current pandemic. It was a hard decision for us to make as a family but after speaking to the deputy manager she put our mind at ease. She is so professional, absolutely cares and
keeps me fully updated with everything! I can ring at any time and she always has time for a chat/update and always seems so happy she really is a star! The staff are amazing with mum and she is so happy which makes us so happy! I cannot thank the staff enough they are a well-led team and are like extended family!

A very good family friend has recently moved homes and is now at Green Lodge. I knew I could not visit, however, I did call by to ask how he was. I am the next of kin for my friend so needed to make sure he has settled. The staff could not be more helpful, I was introduced through the window to the
new manager and was really put at ease about my life long friend. If the care my friend receives is as warm as my welcome he will feel at home.

Every staff member goes the extra bit to make sure the residents and family feel like they are important. My mother, although has dementia, is very settled and happy with the staff and care given. The meals are very nice and are made on the premises and are like the old school meals which they relate

My mother enjoys living in Green Lodge. She feels comfortable and looks upon the staff as family. I always feel able to ask any questions regarding her care.
The new manager is very approachable and friendly. She seems to go above and beyond her role.
