My brother has resided within Archers Court for a few months. We are content whilst visiting him for all the staff are very understanding and caring of all relatives loving there, providing them with their daily needs. The regular activity programs are enjoyable, and very glad he is with the staff in
Archers Court Nursing Home.

In general, my husband seems happy and cared for in a friendly and caring environment. Staff try their best to involve him with the various activities within the home, but this can be difficult as my husband can present with challenging behaviour. I find generally the staff are caring and compassionate
and usually show a warm empathy to my husband, which makes me feel happy that he is in a safe and happy atmosphere.

My dad has been in the care home since December 2024 and all I can say is every part of the team that works in the care home treat the resident as family taking time to look after them and ask what their needs are from day to day and what food they like they also make life fun and have lots of laughter
they also help with family coming to visit helping sorting out things for the better for the residents I want to say thank you to everyone

After a failed placement at another home, followed by a long, unsettled period in hospital, my partner was accepted into Archers Court. She very quickly settled, aided by management and staff. She now joins in the varied daily activities whilst being supported by the caring staff in the home. She appears
to be very happy, and it's a joy to see a smile on her face and hear her laugh when I visit her. Well done to the management and staff of Archers Court.

Both my father and mother in law were given a shared room at very short notice on the 28th May. The staff are very understanding, caring and respect of their needs. They are very well looked after by all members of the caring team. The Deputy Manger especially is wonderful. She gives us updates on how
both are doing. They are both happy where they are. They both go out a few times each day, using their bus passes for short excursions.

Paddock Stile Manor is providing a high level of care for my mam. A massive strength of the home is the kindness, care and consideration of the staff. Staff ensure Mam's dignity is maintained at all times and respond appropriately to her needs, including contacting medical services if necessary. Staff
frequently go above and beyond expectations. Staff work hard to keep the home clean, Mam's room is frequently cleaned, floors washed, bathroom cleaned, bedding changed, etc. Staff ensure Mam always has access to soft drinks; tea, coffee, fruit, biscuits are offered frequently. Mam chooses not to leave her room so staff visit regularly and spend time with her. Visitors are always made welcome.

As a family, we are really happy with the care our Mother receives from Ashley Mews. We get regular phone calls keeping us up to date with mam's well-being. We are always asked if we have any concerns; if we happen to have a concern, it is quickly dealt with. Ashlea Mews is always a welcome place to
visit, it is always impeccably clean and the residents all seem settled, well attended to and the staff's attitudes are very caring. Our mam has all her needs met & she has the opportunity to join in with the numerous activities, we wouldn't have wished for a better caring place.
