The overall experience at Archers Court is exceptional. My mam is cared for and supported by a fabulous team who treat my mam with respect and ensure my mam's dignity. I have built great relationships with the staff, and as well as looking after my mam, they always have time to catch up and let me know
how my mam has been. The cleanliness standards of the rooms are high and are constantly being straightened up, tidied or deep cleaned. My mam requires stimulation continually and receives this in Archers Court. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Archers Court Nursing home is an excellent home and nothing appears to be too much trouble for the staff. They treat my dad with respect and dignity, even though at times it must be very challenging for the staff. The home has very frequent activities for the residents which are fun and engaging. The
staff are very friendly and very well trained. The food and drink for the residents is excellent.

Vicky was exceptionally kind and compassionate, combined with a healthy dose of humour, when looking after Fred and Maureen. She is always very friendly and good-humoured, which means a great deal when looking after old people and people with dementia. She is always very approachable and always tries
to meet the needs of residents. We have been very happy with the care.

In general, my husband seems happy and cared for in a friendly and caring environment. Staff try their best to involve him with the various activities within the home, but this can be difficult as my husband can present with challenging behaviour. I find generally the staff are caring and compassionate
and usually show a warm empathy to my husband, which makes me feel happy that he is in a safe and happy atmosphere.

My dad has been in the care home since December 2024 and all I can say is every part of the team that works in the care home treat the resident as family taking time to look after them and ask what their needs are from day to day and what food they like they also make life fun and have lots of laughter
they also help with family coming to visit helping sorting out things for the better for the residents I want to say thank you to everyone

After a failed placement at another home, followed by a long, unsettled period in hospital, my partner was accepted into Archers Court. She very quickly settled, aided by management and staff. Both my father and mother in law were given a shared room at very short notice on the 28th May. The staff are very understanding, caring and respect of their needs. They are very well looked after by all members of the caring team. The Deputy Manger especially is wonderful. She gives us updates on how
both are doing. They are both happy where they are. They both go out a few times each day, using their bus passes for short excursions.
