I have found my husband has been very well cared for. Obviously, it takes time for the resident to get to know faces and the staff to know their ways, which at times can be testing. The food is excellent, and the buffets, etc., put on for the relatives are lovely. All in all, quite happy with his care.

It's been almost a year since, as a family, we were welcomed into Archers Park. Within this time, the wrap around care and support recieved continues to be outstanding.
No matter what the circumstance, Archers work tirelessly as a team and with community services to ensure residents remain at the
heart of everything they do. I just wanted to acknowledge the genuine warmth and dedication from all staff as we head into our second year.

My dad has been in the home for a year now and all the staff from every department makes him feel happy and at home they all have time to spend with him to care for all his needs he is so happy in the home and that's down to all the staff he recently had a hospital stay and the staff when he took poorly
got him sorted quickly and when he returned they all help settle him back in his room they all helped getting new equipment that he needed quickly to make him more comfortable I would like to say a big thank you from all the family

Staff are very caring and helpful to residents and family members. Entertainment for residents and family members is first rate. Food that is served is always of the best quality. Nursing staff are there 24/7 so residents health is well looked after.

All of the residents are smart and look comfortable. Our relative gets agitated at times, and all staff treat
her with kindness and dignity. As a family, we couldn't wish for a better place for our loved one to be cared for and loved.

There are lots and lots of brilliant activities happening all of the time, my mum loves these, and they really are helpful in keeping her mind active (especially musical activities!). They took my mother in at a day's notice, and since she has been there, she has settled very well and we are very grateful for the care they are giving her. The staff are very friendly, caring and efficient. We now have peace of mind that she is being looked after very well.

My friend has been a resident at Ashlea Mews for around 2 years. The standard of care he receives is excellent. From a visitor's perspective the staff have a positive and proactive attitude to their work and responsibilities. As a visitor you are always given a warm and friendly welcome.

Archers Park is an excellent home for my mam who has dementia.
The staff are fantastic with all of the residents.
They treat everyone equally and nothing seems a bother.

My dad was admitted to Archer's Park last week. The staff were amazing with myself and my sister in a very emotional time. They have made my dad feel very welcome and providing reassurance as he adjusts. Seeing him safe and settling very well into his new home has only reinforced what we already knew

Truly remarkable care home!
The staff are all wonderful, very friendly and have a great rapport with the residents. The home is very safe and secure. It gives me confidence that my father is being well cared for. The residents have daily activities and regular afternoon singers.
