This care home is the best care home I have been in, I have visited many, the manager is first class with all the residents and joins in with whatever is going on, the food is first class as well its like a 5 star hotel what is baked and served in the care home. Staff are friendly and helpful and I visit all the time and see first hand in what is done. The new back garden is an added addition and in all is 5 star rating

Archer Court has a warm, friendly environment. The staff and management have a kind and welcoming attitude. Residents are encouraged to join in and interact on themed days, which my husband seems to enjoy. My husband has his own room where he can retire to if he wants privacy. Rom eats well and has a good and varied diet. Ron sometimes looks a little disheveled but this is due to his dementia and refusing to shower, etc., not due to lack of care. Overall Archers Court is a warm, caring environment, and I am happy that Ron is being well looked after, physically and emotionally.

Staff are very caring and helpful to residents and family members. Entertainment for residents and family members is first rate. Food that is served is always of the best quality. Nursing staff are there 24/7 so residents health is well looked after.

The overall experience at Archers Court is exceptional. My mam is cared for and supported by a fabulous team who treat my mam with respect and ensure my mam's dignity. I have built great relationships with the staff, and as well as looking after my mam, they always have time to catch up and let me know how my mam has been. The cleanliness standards of the rooms are high and are constantly being straightened up, tidied or deep cleaned. My mam requires stimulation continually and receives this in Archers Court. It gives me peace of mind to know that my father is well cared for. All staff are excellent, and the care and support that the residents require often go above and beyond their daily duties. It's like having an extended family with the residents and staff.
