Thank you for your review. We will as always, continue to work with your husband to ensure he has the best possible care and is engaged in our extensive activities program, which does include one-to-one time for those people that do not always wish to take part in group sessions. Our spring and summer menus have a wide variety of nutritionally balanced meals and the team will continue to ensure your husband is offered a choice of meals each day that meet his dietary requirements. If any particular or favourite foods that your husband would love to eat, please let the team know so that we can include these. The cleanliness of the home is extremely important to us, if ever you feel that our usually high standards have not been met, please don't hesitate to bring this to my attention, we will ensure this is addressed immediately. We always strive to deliver the best possible service and endeavour to make improvements based on the feedback we receive.
