Vicky was exceptionally kind and compassionate, combined with a healthy dose of humour, when looking after Fred and Maureen. She is always very friendly and good-humoured, which means a great deal when looking after old people and people with dementia. She is always very approachable and always tries
to meet the needs of residents. We have been very happy with the care.

On all my visits to Ashlea Mews I have found all staff and management very pleasant and helpful. The home is very clean and they have a good choice of food + drinks. The residents needs are all cared for, and they are kept very clean. I would recommend Ashlea Mews to people as a very good home for residents.

As a family, we are really happy with the care our Mother receives from Ashley Mews. We get regular phone calls keeping us up to date with mam's well-being. We are always asked if we have any concerns; if we happen to have a concern, it is quickly dealt with. Ashlea Mews is always a welcome place to
visit, it is always impeccably clean and the residents all seem settled, well attended to and the staff's attitudes are very caring. Our mam has all her needs met & she has the opportunity to join in with the numerous activities, we wouldn't have wished for a better caring place.

After viewing several homes for our Mum, we were impressed by how honest and straightforward the manager was, clearing up some of the queries and worries we had. She showed us a lovely room that was vacant, and we could genuinely see our mum happy in that room. After a quick conversation, we agreed
for mum to move to Ashlea Mews & haven't regretted it. The home smells lovely, that's a credit to all staff for keeping it clean at all times. Entertainment Manager goes above and beyond to include everyone in activities & gets Mum to participate despite her lack of sight & that's a credit to him.

I am very pleased with the care provided by the team at Ashlea Mews. The staff are all very professional but also caring, attentive and warm. My dad has been treated with the utmost dignity and respect and it feels like a very safe and homely environment for him. The home is always clean, there is a
good choice of meals and the activities are wide ranging and engaging for residents. It is a comfort to know my dad is in safe hands.

I continue to be treated as part of the Ashlea Mew family and know my husband is in good hands. They are very caring and patient with him if he is irritable at times which is understandable. The staff all work so hard and still manager to be cheerful and friendly. I can talk to them about anything and

All, of the care home team, have allowed our Mam to live, with dignity and care we were not equipped to dispense. The team was thoughtful caring and professional throughout our Mam's residency. We are so grateful to the staff at Ashlea Mews Care Home. They are unfailingly cheerful, caring, helpful and respectful. Mam is not an easy resident, and they always care for her with care and respect, even with her difficult behaviour.

My mam has been resident since April and has settled well with excellent care. Such a relief for us all that she is in good hands. The management and staff are welcoming, friendly and genuinely care for their residents. The atmosphere is so friendly, there are plenty of activities for all to enjoy and
even a hairdresser on a Monday!
Would highly recommend.

My dad was in Ashlea Mews for two years until his death. Staff were always friendly and professional and genuinely seemed to care about the residents. The place was clean and cheerful and there was always things going on. Dad loved the meals - cooked on-site!

I helped the resident move into an interim bed initially. From that very first day, I felt confident that she would be cared for. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff are always on hand to answer any queries, and nothing is a problem. The resident seems happy to be there most of the time,
despite having Alzheimer's and wanting to go home.

My mam has been in Ashlea Mews Care Home for over 2 years and in that time she has been well cared for both physically and emotionally. As her family, we are always informed of her care plan changes and always get involved in all the activities that they always plan. All the staff and management are

My husband moved into Ashlea Mews Care Home eight weeks ago.
From first being shown around, I had a good feeling about the place. It's very clean, tidy and well maintained. After viewing and ruling out other care homes, I was delighted and relieved to be shown an available room which was perfect.
I met with the manager to discuss my husband's many complex needs, including poor mobility. She immediately arranged for him to have an electric, adjustable bed and his own wheelchair. I am kept well informed on all medical and non-medical matters.
I visit often. The lovely staff always help my husband walk about safely, keep him clean and comfortable. They work non-stop, caring for all of the residents, attending to their needs with patience and good humour. Nothing is too much trouble. When family visit, we telephone the home in advance if we want to make special arrangements, such as sitting outside in the garden or when a friend wants to take my husband to the local park in his wheelchair. The staff always accommodate. Our family and friends all agree that my husband receives excellent care. Thank you.

As soon as my mam entered the care home she was made to feel welcome and immediately felt at ease and comfortable. In the months my mam has been at Ashlea Mews, she has really come out of her shyness and joins in with the events. The staff cannot be faulted and are on top of all situations. As a family,
