Been to see mam today. First time since she went into Ashlea Mews. Great to see her. The staff were fantastic, the place was immaculate. She has settled in great which is a credit to the staff. I feel so much happier now that I am allowed to see her and see how settled she was.

My nana was admitted into Ashley Mews in January 2021 and the level of care is exceptional. She was very confused when she first arrived but is continuing to thrive whilst in their care.
Seeing how happy she is on photographs and staff updates makes us as a family so reassured she has settled in well
and has made lots of new friends. We can't thank the manager and staff enough.

My aunt was well cared for and respected in Ashlea Mews. Staff were capable, pleasant and helpful. The home is well managed and has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Sadly the resident passed away whilst in care. I was given excellent feedback during the last few days.

My mother lived in Ashlea Mews for almost 2 years, and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff were excellent, helpful and treated the residents with care and respect. It's also very clean and has a wide range of activities. As my mother passed away under Covid restrictions, the staff and management
were still so helpful and caring, even in difficult times.

My father-in-law is always well taken care of and has settled into the home very well. The staff are always welcoming when we visit and the home is kept to a high standard of hygiene. We are kept well informed of any occurrences regarding my father-in-law's welfare and of any news we want to know.

I visit mam as often as possible. The staff always make me welcome and give me regular updates on mum's progress. Mam has settled in here very well. I feel she is in a safe and comfortable environment. I think the staff work very hard in the care industry. All the staff are very helpful.

My nana has been at Ashlea Mews for four years until she passed away there. The staff were lovely and treated her as if she were their own family. Their kindness and compassion to nana and us as a family during her final weeks and days will never be forgotten. The staff work long hard hours but still

In early September, my father moved into Ashlea Mews. He was immediately at home and was very pleased with his choice. The home was clean, bright and had cheerful staff.
Each time we visited my father, the staff were happy, polite and obliging to help. Unfortunately, my father's health declines very
quickly and the staff stepped in to be sure the doctor and nurses visits and medication were all in place. At the end, the support and care to us was wonderful. Thank you all.

At 4am in May, I had a phone call from the staff of Ashlea Mews about the poorly condition of my mother. They had phoned an ambulance because of her very poor condition. The ambulance came within half an hour of me arriving at the home. They thought she had sepsis and with the assistance of staff, took
her to hospital. She had antibiotics stat and thankfully, recovered enough to be discharged back. I cannot thank the staff enough - they saved her life.
