My mother lived in Ashlea Mews for almost 2 years, and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff were excellent, helpful and treated the residents with care and respect. It's also very clean and has a wide range of activities. As my mother passed away under Covid restrictions, the staff and management
were still so helpful and caring, even in difficult times.

My father-in-law is always well taken care of and has settled into the home very well. The staff are always welcoming when we visit and the home is kept to a high standard of hygiene. We are kept well informed of any occurrences regarding my father-in-law's welfare and of any news we want to know.

I visit mam as often as possible. The staff always make me welcome and give me regular updates on mum's progress. Mam has settled in here very well. I feel she is in a safe and comfortable environment. I think the staff work very hard in the care industry. All the staff are very helpful.

My nana has been at Ashlea Mews for four years until she passed away there. The staff were lovely and treated her as if she were their own family. Their kindness and compassion to nana and us as a family during her final weeks and days will never be forgotten. The staff work long hard hours but still
made time for us all, we appreciated all their hard work. I would like to say a big thank you to each and every one of them.

In early September, my father moved into Ashlea Mews. He was immediately at home and was very pleased with his choice. The home was clean, bright and had cheerful staff.
Each time we visited my father, the staff were happy, polite and obliging to help. Unfortunately, my father's health declines very
quickly and the staff stepped in to be sure the doctor and nurses visits and medication were all in place. At the end, the support and care to us was wonderful. Thank you all.

At 4am in May, I had a phone call from the staff of Ashlea Mews about the poorly condition of my mother. They had phoned an ambulance because of her very poor condition. The ambulance came within half an hour of me arriving at the home. They thought she had sepsis and with the assistance of staff, took
her to hospital. She had antibiotics stat and thankfully, recovered enough to be discharged back. I cannot thank the staff enough - they saved her life.

I am happy with the care my mam receives. Her needs are met and the staff are friendly and approachable.


The only area I would like to see improve is an increase of daily stimulation/activities for the residents, although I am aware of the recent appointment of an additional co-ordinator which should

Ashlea Mews is a very good nursing home. Very clean good care and residents are kept clean and tidy. The rooms are of a good standard. The staff are very friendly and always on hand if you need anything. No complaints at all. I would highly recommend it to anybody that needs care.

The care in Ashlea Mews is of a high standard. Residents are well cared for and the food is very nice. The home is always clean and tidy and the staff are very nice and very helpful.

My sister's dementia is quite advanced and she has great difficulty eating, drinking and communicating. I find the standard of care provided to be extremely high. She is kept as clean as is possible.
The flooring has been changed in her bedroom to help keep her room as hygienic as it can be and great
attention is given to her diet.
I find the staff helpful, friendly caring and unpatronising and I believe they do everything in their power to keep her happy and safe.
