Fantastic care home and lovely caring staff and management! Thank you for the continued support of my mother. She’s always happy when I seen her and the staff are always welcoming when I arrive. It’s like one big happy family!

My dad has a really bad experience in his last care home, he ended up in hospital for five weeks, it was touch and go. I found this care home for my dad, the manager put my mind at rest and the communication is brilliant, my dad loves it. He has put on weight and looks healthy. The care is outstanding,
the entertainment is brilliant, this home has put my mind at rest and has given my dad life again.

On our visit, the staff were very helpful. They showed compassion and dignity for Auntie. The place was lovely and clean, my aunt's room was nice and bright. The activities they put on are excellent and good stimulation for all the residents.

Myself and my two brothers and families cannot praise this care home enough, every staff member is brilliant, kind and always there to listen.
Our mam is a better person now. Treated with dignity and respect. The manager goes above and beyond, she is a star.
Fantastic entertainment as well, always
something going on. If there were ten stars, that would be what we would rate it.

My mother has settled into the home, she has a lovely, immaculately clean room which is fresh and bright. All of the staff are friendly and look after the residents in a kind, professional manner.

The care team and staff work so hard, very friendly and ensure all residents are well cared for. The team are approachable and open, visiting policy very important to our family. After residing at Ashlea Mews Care Home for the last 6 months my brother-in-law sadly passed away. He regarded Ashlea Mews as his home and was very happy there. He was more than looked after, the staff were, and are, a credit to the profession. They treat their residents with dignity and respect and
kindness. They could not have done more for my brother-in-law. Thank you to all.

Mam has been at Ashlea Mews for over 5 years now - she is happy and contented. The manager and carers have been so kind and considerate - especially during this time of covid. They have all worked so hard to keep our loved ones safe.

My husband has just died following a 3-month stay in a local care home. He settled in well, considering he had dementia and was highly thought of by the staff. Their care was second to none. He was treated with dignity and I knew from the very start he was in good hands. Staff who work with dementia
patients are very special people and give 101%.

Ashlea Mews is a very good care home. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The home is always very clean and tidy. The residents seem very happy and well looked after (including my dad). They seem to be very understanding of everyone's needs and respectful towards the families.

Been to see mam today. First time since she went into Ashlea Mews. Great to see her. The staff were fantastic, the place was immaculate. She has settled in great which is a credit to the staff. I feel so much happier now that I am allowed to see her and see how settled she was.

My nana was admitted into Ashley Mews in January 2021 and the level of care is exceptional. She was very confused when she first arrived but is continuing to thrive whilst in their care.
Seeing how happy she is on photographs and staff updates makes us as a family so reassured she has settled in well
and has made lots of new friends. We can't thank the manager and staff enough.

My aunt was well cared for and respected in Ashlea Mews. Staff were capable, pleasant and helpful. The home is well managed and has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Sadly the resident passed away whilst in care. I was given excellent feedback during the last few days.
