I put my mum into Ernelesthorp in November 2021, for a week's respite care for myself. Mum had a lovely time, I needed the break. All the staff were excellent, very caring, very chatty. Made us both feel welcome, as soon as we arrived. Mum was able to have her own television in the room, which was excellent,
and a lovely young man set it up for us, which was a great help for me. When it was time to leave, all the staff wanted to keep Mum, which was lovely to hear. Mum's going again in April 2022, for a week. Mum said the food was very good, lots of choice. I found the home to be very clean, and no horrible smells, like you get in some, thank goodness. Mum and myself felt that she was safe, which is another good thing. The care was 24-hour which was also great. The staff are all excellent, some of the nicest I've come across. Thank you for reading my review. Bye for now.

My Mum has been a resident for nearly 6 years until her passing 10 days ago. The staff are all kind, caring and supportive of both my Mum and family. We could not ask for more. The home is very clean and smells lovely, and the staff work hard to keep it this way.
We know Mum was happy and this gave
us the reassurance that we had made the right choice when Mum needed 24-hour care.
