The staff are very good. Agency staff should not be used, the ones that have been there are lazy. A lot of the agency staff are not English so residents find it hard to understand them. They can come across as abrupt or rude. Shouldn't use agency cooks also. Day staff work very hard. I don't know about the night staff. The management in the office are always helpful.
Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback, we take both positive and negative feedback very seriously and I am sorry to hear of your experience/view of agency staff. All agency staff are vetted and qualified in relation to their job role but I will keep this under review whilst we...
Lovely care home. All the staff are amazing in the care they give to the residents. My nan has settled in so well. The home is very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.
Thank you for your feedback, I am really happy your Gran has settled in well to Flower Park, I will pass on your kind words to the staff.
I have my mum and dad in Flower Park. Mum has dementia so is upstairs and dad is downstairs. From the day we arrived, we have been made to feel like part of the family! The staff are extremely, caring and hard-working they constantly strive to maintain a good quality of life for all residents. We really appreciate what you all work so hard to achieve and we thank you.

What can I say about this wonderful place that hasn't already been said? We were more than happy with the care our mum had in Flower Park Care Home over the last 2 years. The staff were so considerate and always went the extra mile. The entertainment that was put on was truly amazing, Mum always enjoyed it. It's clean, friendly and most of all the care and effort that was put in by the staff is 2nd to none. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and we hope you enjoy the garden furniture that we have so humbly donated. Regards to you all.
Thank you we really appreciate your kind words. We will pass this on to our incredible team at Flower Park. Our activities coordinator sure knows how to put on amazing events for the residents and we are so happy your mum enjoyed them. Take care and hope to see you soon.
All staff are polite caring and friendly, if we have any concerns we can approach staff.

Very difficult decision when dad moved into Flower Park Care Home but his care has been first class. The interaction with the staff is amazing. All the entertainment is just brilliant. No issues since he moved in. So a massive thank you to you all for your cure and all that you do for my dad.
I am so happy with the care and attention are given to my husband in Flower Park. Also, the courtesy and respect to us when we visit.
The staff are really friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Whenever we are wanting to have a chat they really do make time for us, very patient. The home always looks lovely and clean.
I am so happy that mum is in good hands, all the staff are fantastic and are like my second family. I appreciate everything they do for mum and I couldn’t wish for better care for her. Every time I see mum she’s happy, clean and well-fed, she's built up really great relationships with all the carers.
Thank you so much for this feedback that is very motivating for all staff especially in these difficult times. We would like to be outstanding in what we do. Thank you again from all the staff and Flower Park.
My sister had been in Flower Park Care Home for the past few years and has been well taken care of by the staff there. She always appeared to be happy and content when I spoke to her on the phone. I live in Canada which makes visiting almost impossible with Covid, but when I called I was immediately connected with her. The past few weeks have been very stressful and resulted in my sister passing away. All the way through this episode, the staff were extremely competent and kept me informed of each and every step of the way.
Once again my thanks to the Flower Park staff.
Thank you for this kind words - from all staff at Flower Park.
Perfect.
My room is clean. There are flowers on the table at lunch. Staff are kind.
Following a long decision to put mum in Flower Park we have been extremely satisfied with the care she is being given.
Good so far.
The home is nice and clean. They all look after me. Enjoyed making cakes for easter. Even met the owner. He was nice.

"When I left school I trained as a nursery nurse and worked in school and nursery until 2011 when I decided I fancied a change. So I applied for a care assistant position at Town Moor House, I began as a night carer and then progressed to become a day senior carer. I was then promoted to Deputy Manager in 2021 at Town Moor House before transferring to Flower Park to develop my knowledge and further my career in a larger service."
"The company has a very good reputation in the Doncaster area. There is a fantastic support network within the company for management and the homes staff teams. The directors Steve and Andrew are very supportive and are approachable."

"I started working at Flower Park in January 1998 as the administrator."
"I find this company, Directors and staff extremely approachable and they will always listen to any issues we are concerned about. Trust Care are a very caring company and they excel in providing quality care facilities in all their homes. I enjoy working here and the management is exceptional, can't praise them enough."

I am delighted to be the care home manager of Flower Park. I have over 30 years care experience and I have been a manager for 12 years.
