Overall Experience

My brother has been in The Flower Park care home, for eight months, in which time the staff have been very good with him. He was very difficult especially at first when he was abusive. They had so much patience with him, and now he is much better and actually seems to enjoy their company and he even laughs again. He is a different person now, and it's all thanks to the wonderful staff. I cannot thank them enough. I can say it is always a pleasure to visit the home as they try to give each person enjoyment.

Overall Experience

My husband was discharged from hospital on 8/1/16 and admitted to Flower Park Nursing Home on an end of life care plan. He was made welcome from the start and continues to be made welcome. He is still struggling to be independent and has been met with a lot of patience. I have also been treated with kindness and respect.

Overall Experience

I find all the carers and nurses work really well and most of the time are under staffed. They are kept clean and fed really well. My partner has been in the home for two years, and is looked after well and seems to like it. The cleaners keep the home clean.

"When I left school I trained as a nursery nurse and worked in school and nursery until 2011 when I decided I fancied a change. So I applied for a care assistant position at Town Moor House, I began as a night carer and then progressed to become a day senior carer. I was then promoted to Deputy Manager in 2021 at Town Moor House before transferring to Flower Park to develop my knowledge and further my career in a larger service."

"The company has a very good reputation in the Doncaster area. There is a fantastic support network within the company for management and the homes staff teams. The directors Steve and Andrew are very supportive and are approachable."
