The care from all the staff from carers, cleaners, nurses, and admin was so welcoming. The time my mother spent there, she was very well looked after, they took into consideration her needs, her medical history and her dementia. I could have never found a better care home for my mother.

I only wish I had placed her here sooner, the care she received was outstanding, nothing was too much for the staff and she was treated with so much dignity and respect, especially towards the end...

Very well-managed and friendly staff, I can't thank them enough for looking after my auntie so well, certainly made her final days comfortable.

I fell at the care home whilst the care workers were a hoist on myself and almost hit my head on the bedpost when I was lowered too fast.

We worked along with you to ensure that your care needs were met, however at times when carers came to you at the times you agreed, you would then decide that you did not need the carers but then would ask for assistance later when they were already in the middle of another task, therefore this meant waiting. However, you were seen to within appropriate time frames. You had regular contact with the manager and director about any concerns which would be addressed right away and you yourself were praising that you no longer had any issues. With regards to the hoist, you have already spoken with the manager and again you were made aware that this had been dealt with, to which you were satisfied.As you were leaving us you said to the manager that you were happy with the service and care that you had received, we therefore feel your reviews are scores are not truly reflective of your stay with us.
