Each of the 53 bedrooms is furnished to the highest standard.

At Figham House independence and choice is prioritised and residents are encouraged to personalise rooms with their own belongings so they are surrounded by familiar things. Double and ensuite rooms are available.

All of the staff at Figham House have been amazing. They have looked after my father with patience and kindness under very difficult circumstances. They are always helpful and supportive and I am very grateful for their hard work. Thank you.

My Dad was transferred to Figham House after an awful care home experience left us all traumatised. The minute my Dad arrived at Figham, the staff and lovely environment restored our faith in the care system. They nurtured and cared for him with compassion and respect. They also nurtured us by keeping
up communication with us, listening to us and learning all about Dad and his complex care needs. They were absolutely phenomenal in our hour of need and we cannot recommend them enough. Dad had the right professionals involved after he arrived and Figham referred him for the assessments he needed. He got the correct equipment that he so desperately needed but had been denied in his previous placement. Dad died in August. The staff were so very reassuring, calm and supportive of both him and us. They guided us through the end of his life with personalised care and compassion. Thank you Figham for being part of our family story. Every member of the team without exception was wonderful.

Care to Mum is second to none. Mum is very happy and very well loved by staff.
Staff have bent over backwards to keep us communicating throughout Covid and have made our visits now so easy.

I have felt since my mother has lived at Figham House that the home and the staff were doing all the could for my mother. This has been reinforced since the covid pandemic. The homes care of my mother when she became ill, and their care and support for her and family went way and above what was expected.
I can't praise them more for all they did and do.
