I use Lindum House on a weekly basis. I bring my mother for a bath. The staff are fantastic, all greet us in a friendly, professional manner. The facilities are superb, always immaculate. I highly recommend the care home. Excellent in every way.

I occasionally find the home to be a bit short staffed and I sometimes find myself alone in the lounge with several residents who then need attention. Maybe a regular check of the residents in the lounge could commence, so I don't feel so responsible for their welfare. That said, the staff are kind and caring and respect the resident's dignity in all their interactions with them.

Following your observation, staff are to be reminded to enter the lounge to offer help and support to our residents as opposed to observing from the corridor. We intend to utilise the first floor lounge more regularly for activities and events which will ensure staff are in attendance.
