Hi Sally, It was great to have you staying with us again at Lindum. I am sorry that you had a disappointing experience with your medication. As you are aware there was a mix up with your newly prescribed medication and this was due to an issue with your GP and the dispensing pharmacy. Our intervention on your behalf resolved the issue positively. We look forward to seeing you again at Lindum.

I am very happy to say that Barchester supported me with my move to the UK in June 2022, and provided me with the relevant training and support to get my UK registration PIN so as to work as a registered nurse here at Lindum House.

Away from the home, Wendy loves to spend time making memories with her grandson and going for walks with her partner, Andy and Bella, their golden Labrador.
Matt has been working at Lindum House since the beginning of 2025 and thoroughly enjoys working with the residents and the Lindum team. He has worked in the social care sector for many years and is very passionate about what he does.
Matt's speciality is home baking, and he really enjoys making cakes for the residents' birthdays & special events/activities. Matt's past catering experience started in the education sector, which then led him to become the food and beverage manager at a local golf club. He then moved to the social care sector. Currently, still a member of the National Association of Care Catering, which, in 2023, they won catering team of the year.
Matt's home life is very busy as he enjoys socialising and regularly walks his dog on the beach every day.

As the home's activity assistant, I feel it is most important to know the residents, their likes and dislikes this ensures that person-centred program of events and activities can be planned and facilitated.

Hi there, I'm Kelly. My role at Lindum House ensures all of our residents always have lots of fun activities to look forward to.
I've worked in health and social care for around 15 years. I started on care, worked through domestic, kitchen assistant and found my calling with activities!
I'm a strong believer in 'treat people how you wish to be treated', everyone is different, and it's important to focus on each individual's wants and needs, to encourage and nurture life, you only live once!
Our residents' smiles are my reward; it makes me so happy to see them enjoying themselves.

As the home's Hairdresser & Manicurist, I feel a sense of achievement every single week, knowing that my residents look and feel so much better after they visit me.
Here at Lindum House, we are fortunate to have our little salon, which the residents relax and socialise in; it really is quite the little social hub! I feel that social activities at any stage of life are important to a person’s wellbeing, both physically & mentally.
In my spare time, I enjoy swimming & Paddleboarding, I just love the water; I also have a house rabbit called ‘Billy Bear’, whom I may bring in to visit the residents occasionally.
It's my absolute pleasure to visit Lindum House weekly and make our residents feel Fabulous; Not to mention getting them ready for Lindum’s parties and monthly social events.
