Overall Experience

My Mum has just recently moved in here and I cannot fault the care she is given. All the staff are so friendly, kind and thoughtful to their residents and the relatives and friends visiting too! I can see such a difference in how happy Mum is now. The social interaction and warmth of the place provides a home from home. The care here from staff makes it feel like one big welcoming family, with laughter, joy, fun activities and thoughtful respect for elderly loved ones. So pleased we chose Snaith Hall. A huge thank you to all who work here from our family -

A caring environment with caring and very capable staff! They include you as part of the caring family and are aware of the impact on the non-resident.

They take the time to get to know the residents very well. The range of activities to keep residents engaged and interested is far and away better than could be achieved in own home. So lucky to have this near to own home. Well done super team!

Mum has been in Snaith Hall for the past sixteen months. From the day she was admitted, I found all members of staff to be friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. I can go home after a visit knowing she is being well cared for by a caring team who go over and above their duties. Dad has been in on two occasions for respite care. He has received excellent care and enjoys the pleasant and friendly welcome he always receives and now feels like part of a family. Thanks to a great friendly team.
