The Coach House Nursing Home Reviews (4)
Over all time The Coach House Nursing Home has 4 reviews.
After dedicating eight years caring for my wife at home, I approached the prospect of communal nursing care with a considerable amount of fear. I had lots of concerns about the prospect of my wife going into a care home, I was expecting a ridge environment with lots of rules and regulations. On visiting our home of choice and meeting the owner, which proved to be instrumental in relieving my concerns, I found the family-run home to be a home from home. The room was lovely and myself and my wife were able to enjoy our time together until she passed away there. The level of care my wife received was amazing, the dedication and kindness was truly wonderful. The staff became like family to us, nothing was too much trouble. My view of care homes has been changed by the experience. I will be forever grateful to The Coach House, please don't ever change, it's perfect.
Thank you for your heartfelt gratitude and incredibly kind review. Your words not only brighten our day but also serve as a reminder of why we do what we do. It is immensely motivating for the team to know that we made a positive impact on you and your late wife. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, thank you once again for your kind sentiments.
My mother tells me that we could not have found a better place for her to live out her final years. She is so full of praise for all who look after her. The activities organiser is a great asset. Everyone is so caring and friendly, such a lovely pleasant atmosphere, its just wonderful.
The Coach House provides a wonderful sense of family and home. There is no feeling of institution or corporate identity like some homes we looked at that were run only as a business. We were very pleased with the way you helped dad with his computer, recognising how important this is to him, exemplary personalised care!!
My sister and I have nothing but praise for the home, nothing was ever too much trouble. The dedication and commitment shown was very much appreciated by the family and by mum herself. She was always treated with respect and dignity and it was a good feeling for us to know she was being cared for by such amazing people. They are all a credit to their profession. Congratulations to you all, you have a home to be proud of that really cares about those who live there. Thank you.
