Staff are so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Activities are really good. Loved the chicks on Easter Sunday made my mums day. She has been out of bed for the first time since last year. Put a smile on her face.

Also had a shower which she hasn't been able to have in a year. Really good care home. Thank you.

My mum came to the care home after living on her own aged 93. From the first home visit I was amazed at the care they offered and wanted to know her likes and dislikes down to how she liked her tea - milk, sugar etc.

Once she was in the staff made her feel welcome and safe which ment so much to me knowing she was in good hand nothing is too much for the staff. Can't praise them enough.

Whitby Court Care home is the best home in Whitby. The staff are absolutely amazing, engaging activities are planned for service users, the home is kept clean and tidy with a pleasant smell that reflects on the care service users are receiving. The staff were so kind to my late Grandpa who stayed both upstairs and downstairs at the home, every staff member knew my name after one meeting and went out of their way for me and my family members on several occasions. The care my Grandpa recieved was exemplary. Absolutely amazing.

Father has only been in for a couple of weeks. Great staff - friendly and welcoming feeling. Enjoying himself. Mum moved in this morning. A little delay with the move and miscommunication over where Dad was. This unsettled mum a little and meant she was upset in her head, not happy about staying.
