Greeted by a very nice young lady on the reception. The home looked imaculate, such high standards, very nicely furnished and so clean. Our friend who we visited seemed very relaxed and well cared for.

My mum was with Bridge House for several years until she passed away recently at the age of 97. She was incredibly happy there and the staff are fantastic. They are very caring and genuine people who like to have fun with the residents and keep them entertained and focused in life. I can't speak highly enough about Bridge House I would recommend it to anybody who is either thinking of being a resident or considering putting a loved one in their care.

I have been in on a few occasions to visit a neighbour. I find it a lovely home, staff very welcoming.

The most wonderful caring place for my grandmother. The events on weekly are amazing and we have no worries about Gran and her care.

A beautiful environment with caring professional Staff. From management to cleaners all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Communication is brilliant and our friend really enjoyed the care she received.

I can only praise The Maltings for looking after my father who was in for respite care after an accident. The staff were only too happy to assist and help my father whereever neciasary. The Maltings is a second to none establishment. The food and drink is excellent in wonderful surroundings. If the need arose again for respite care or any other care I would not hesitate to revisit.

The home is immaculate. The lady on reception was a star, friendly and ever so helpfull.

Always a good experience when I visit. You are welcomed in when you arrive and you can feel that they care. My mother seems very happy with the surroundings and any problems are quickly dealt with. Other residents seem happy and settled.

My experience was very professional but as time went on very friendly, which I felt at ease, and they respected my privacy and routine. The food was a mixture of everything they made sure they knew your preference. The rooms immaculate, as was the bathroom, or en suite should I say. Cannot fault it at all.

As part of the local community, we visit Regular & are always made very welcome. Staff are excellent. The home has a warm & friendly feel.

Every member of the staff at Bridge House go above and beyond to do their very best to look after both residents and their families with great care. It is the people who work so hard at Bridge house day in and day out that make Bridge House a special place.

Moving our Mum to the Maltings was the best ever decision.Rob Jo Beverley and all the team made us all very welcome . Mum has completely changed she is so much happier and talking , which she hasn't for a long time. The home is beautiful and the staff are always available to help . I would recommend the Maltings to any family and have done so x

Dad was to say very anxious going into The Maltings but hand on heart he said to me on our way home following respite care, 'even though you abandoned me for 2 weeks, I've really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.' From admission to discharge nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. My only criticism was finding dad in clothes that did not belong to him on fetching him home despite all his clothing being clearly marked and the night urine bags for his catheter were not used at all during his staying meaning a leg bag was insitu 24 hours a day.

We are so pleased we moved mum to The Maltings. The staff understand each person is unique. They allow residents to make their own decisions to develop as much independence as possible. We always feel welcome when we arrive, and the care-workers are very attentive. Mum is the happiest she has been since going into care.

We are so pleased we chose The Maltings for my mother in law, we have seen here smile for the first time in a long while. The care she is receiving is outstanding, the staff are attentive and provide personal tailored care to meet her requirements. We have been made to feel very welcome by all members of staff and everything we have asked for the management team have gone out of their way to provide.

My mum is safe, happy, and thriving. I fully recommend The Maltings to any family looking for exceptional care.
