We moved my cousin to The Maltings and couldn't be happier with the outcome. He has settled in really well & is a lot happier in himself than the previous care home he was in. The staff are lovely, food is great, all in all a good move!

Staff and management are super attentive to Dad's needs no matter how small. The facilities are second to none. Food is excellent. Constant reviews undertaken to update care plans.

Myself and my husband have been here for 5 months. My husband is on the dementia floor I'm downstairs The staff are wonderful letting me go upstairs whatever I want even giving me the code for the lift. We are both cared for by a team of amazing carers. The management listen to any suggestions but rarely act upon them.

The Maltings is a home from home. The staff are all lovely, the care they provide is amazing and they all go above and beyond. They make me feel so welcome everytime i visit. The food is amazing as is the coffee and cake. I am so so glad i found this beautiful place for my dad to live.

I visit my cousin Margaret every week at the Maltings and i am made so welcome by Rob the manager and all the staff who are wonderful. The care, facilities and the grounds at the Maltings are exceptional and very homely

The home has the feel of a first class hotel. My friend settled quickly and thoughts of a traditional care home were dispelled. The staff made her feel special. She enjoys the food and different areas to socialise and be quite. We know she is safe and thriving in a wonderful environment.

I am so happy that I found The Maltings for my Uncle, but much more importantly, he is very happy to stay there.

We choose the Maltings for respite for our neighbour as it is a beautifully presented newly built home close to our village. We really did make the right choice. The staff are so kind and genuinely caring they make us feel welcome everytime we visit. From the management, office staff, carers, cooks and the cleaners nothing is too much trouble. Our neighbour was very happy with the level of care throughout her stay and she loved all the staff and how quickly they responded to her. Definitely deserving of a 5 star review.

All I can say is it was very nice. I give it an A+.

my dad is being cared for at Whitby Court. He has dementia. The staff are brilliant with my dad. Any medical issues are identified and dealt with promptly ie: infected toe and blood sugar fluctuations. The diabetic nurse and podiatrist were called immediately. Whitby Court is a clean, fresh inviting place. The food is lovely and my dad loves it. When I leave my dad there I feel that I am leaving him in caring capable hands. Which is what we as a family wanted for our dad's ongoing care

Staff were able to tune into her working class background and cope with her fruity language when she became more disinhibited (not like her) and cared very much for her.

Greeted by a very nice young lady on the reception. The home looked imaculate, such high standards, very nicely furnished and so clean. Our friend who we visited seemed very relaxed and well cared for.

My mum was with Bridge House for several years until she passed away recently at the age of 97. She was incredibly happy there and the staff are fantastic. They are very caring and genuine people who like to have fun with the residents and keep them entertained and focused in life. I can't speak highly enough about Bridge House I would recommend it to anybody who is either thinking of being a resident or considering putting a loved one in their care.

I have been in on a few occasions to visit a neighbour. I find it a lovely home, staff very welcoming.

The most wonderful caring place for my grandmother. The events on weekly are amazing and we have no worries about Gran and her care.

I can only praise The Maltings for looking after my father who was in for respite care after an accident. The staff were only too happy to assist and help my father whereever neciasary. The Maltings is a second to none establishment. The food and drink is excellent in wonderful surroundings. If the need arose again for respite care or any other care I would not hesitate to revisit.

The home is immaculate. The lady on reception was a star, friendly and ever so helpfull.

Always a good experience when I visit. You are welcomed in when you arrive and you can feel that they care. My mother seems very happy with the surroundings and any problems are quickly dealt with. Other residents seem happy and settled.
