The care team showed us round and we were very impressed by the quality of care, the friendliness of the staff, the location, the facilities and the feeling that there was a community in which our mum could be a part of.
Mum has only been here a short time. But within that time, we have seen a big change. Mum is eating well, engaging with both staff and fellow residents, motivated in attending the wide variety of daily activities. Every time I visit, she presents as happy, contented and best of all, smiling! Thanks so much.

we have experienced some difficulty in communication with outside medical and personal issues i.e chiropody, dental and optician appointments. The contributing factor to this could be I don't live locally and cannot visit as often as I would like.
