My uncle has been in Hebburn Manor now for over a year and they are absolutely amazing with him. Nothing goes unnoticed if he is feeling a little lonely they put music on for him, if there is any issues they ring me immediately. All staff from Michelle in the office to his caregivers to management they have all been incredible, I have total peace of mind knowing my uncle is very well cared for. Well done Hebburn Manor.

My Dad has been a resident of Hebburn Manor for a few years and has always received good care. The staff are very helpful and provide a good level of care and very thoughtful. The entertainment provided is a welcome boost and all the residents enjoy it.

My Dad loved seeing the Alpacas who recently visited the home.

Although it's only been a few months, I've always been made welcome when I visit my friend. The Staff are great, very friendly & approachable and nothing seems too much trouble, even going to the shop across the road when needed.

My mam has settled at Hebburn Manor even though she isn't settled in her Dementia state.
Her room is very clean and so is the day care room she spends most of her time.
I am constantly updated on any incidents that may involve mam.
Mams personal hygiene is very good and maintained daily.

There is always music or tv on to try and stimulate residents.

My mam was in respite care in Hebburn Manor. It was a last minute decision, and it was an easy phone call to arrange. The staff were amazing and the care my mam received was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hebburn Manor.

Can you please pass on my gratitude to all the staff for their compassion to my mam, in such a hard environment to work.

Thanks

I go to see my friend on day a week, she is always well dressed and clean and her hair is always nice, she tells me that the good is always lovely and when I go I am always asked if I would like a tea or coffee. I find the staff is always nice and friendly and very helpful. The home is very clean and there is no smells when you go in, and the staff always shows me where they person is and always opens the doors to let you out. The manager is very nice and helpful she is always willing to help and if she's not there she gets back to you. I worked in a home for 18 years and I would recommend the manor to anyone. I hope this has been helpful.

I come to see my Auntie with my mam to whom is her sister. We find the staff are very friendly and welcoming and always make conversation with us asking how we are etc. Whenever the carers come to see my Auntie they have a lot of respect and talk to her whether it's cleaning or feeding her, and still making time to talk to us which we find really nice plus we have a laugh which is good.

The staff at Hebburn Manor are wonderful! They go above and beyond every time for my mam and me, for example: one member of staff helped me out to the car when it was pouring with rain, another member of staff always buys a paper for my mother every day on their way to work. All the staff are exceptional, this includes the carers, the entertainment staff, the cleaners and the management. If required they all work together to get my mother ready for trips out and doctor's appointments. I have watched the carers and the management staff with other residents and they all get afforded dignity, respect and love.

My mum was very reluctant to go into a care home but after thinking long and hard about the alternative of being at home alone for most of the day and overnight she realises this is the best place for her, and she has settled really well. The staff are all very helpful and easy to talk to and look after my mum really well. The meals are really nice too with lots of variety and well cooked.

The activities staff are really lovely and welcoming and organise activities for all the residents who would like to join in. Overall I am very pleased with Hebburn Manor and I'm pleased my mother has settled in there well.
