The NHS could learn & replicate the wonderful care you give, when often care homes are seen as poor cousins. Sometimes, the NHS believes its own hype.

During her final week the staff allowed her and enabled her to have a peaceful and dignified death surrounded by her family. For that we will be eternally grateful.

I cannot recommend this home enough for anyone whose loved ones need care.

Hi. I've been a resident at aster care home for about a year then majority of my life i have suffered with mental health and physical issues aster care home had helped me progress so much with mental and physical health the staff are so supportive and promote independents witch important. Aster care home is improving every moment thanks to management and care staff.

My uncle has been in Hebburn Manor now for over a year and they are absolutely amazing with him. Nothing goes unnoticed if he is feeling a little lonely they put music on for him, if there is any issues they ring me immediately. All staff from Michelle in the office to his caregivers to management they have all been incredible, I have total peace of mind knowing my uncle is very well cared for. Well done Hebburn Manor.

My Dad loved seeing the Alpacas who recently visited the home.

My wife has been in Hebburn Manor for nearly 3 years after suffering a catastrophic stroke which left her with brain damage and total paralysis on her right side the home has given her excellent care and continues to do so.although my wife is bedbound and does not participate the home lays on regular entertainment for the residents

whilst looking for best care home that could take care of my dad we came across this care home along with the help from his hospital social worker and healthcare.on our visit to this lovely home we were very impressed by the care given to all and the care they would be providing to my Father, the phone is pleasing to the eye and staff very warm and friendly as are the front reception staff.safery wise outstanding.doirs are never left unlocked which makes us happy as my dad has habit of trying to Escape...the whole reassurance of safety has made our worries less and huge thanks to all at Home(Hebburn care home). the Home also is very pleasant on entering..my dad is very relaxed enjoying the events and meals are fantastic all in all outstanding

Although it's only been a few months, I've always been made welcome when I visit my friend. The Staff are great, very friendly & approachable and nothing seems too much trouble, even going to the shop across the road when needed.

There is always music or tv on to try and stimulate residents.

The staff are wonderful with her and she's very fond of them. Thank you to everyone who has made this transition easy for all of us.

Communication with our family is excellent, proactive, and transparent. The facility itself is spotlessly clean, bright, and vibrant, featuring a fantastic daily activities, programme that keeps residents engaged and happy. True be told, choosing this care home by his immediate family has given us complete peace of mind, knowing that our jolly good fellow is thriving in a warm, loving environment. My mam and dad were residents of Brownlee Court Carehome from 2023 to December 2024 for mam Vera and March 2026 for dad William (aka Bill). The support and care for my parents was fantastic from staff, management and cleaners. I felt that they both were highly thought of throughout the carehome which I'm forever grateful for. Thanks very much indeed to everybody.

She has enjoyed some of the daytime activities, I am sure with time she may go on outings too.

This simple little phone call meant the world to me as it emphasised she was in loving, caring hands immediately. The care and attention she receives from all staff that I have witnessed on my visits is heart warming and genuine. She has been in Aspen Court now for just over 6 weeks and is always perky and full of stories between her and her carers. Aspen Court has brought the spark back to her eyes and she is enjoying her new home.

The staff at Aspen have been excellent since my father arrived . We're always joking he gets treat like royalty ! The place itself is nipping clean , but it's the staff that make it a great experience , so friendly and caring .
