I would definitely recommend Rosewood House and wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Thank you all once again for looking after her it was very much appreciated. I haven't marked the activities as my mam was bedbound and didn't take part, but from what I did see the Residents all enjoyed themselves.

we visit it always feels more like a home environment were it is such a nice place to be. We cannot praise them all enough. They have kept in touch with me sometimes daily to keep me updated on her health and wellbeing, when she took poorly as unfortunately we live in Norfolk over 4 1/2 hours away. The Manager has helped my aunt and myself whenever it was required. Thank you all.

They always take the time to provide updates and make themselves available no matter how busy they are, as does the Manager, whose door is always open with a warm friendly greeting and has been more than helpful at such a stressful time. there is no smells when you go in, and the staff always shows me where they person is and always opens the doors to let you out. The manager is very nice and helpful she is always willing to help and if she's not there she gets back to you. I worked in a home for 18 years and I would recommend the manor to anyone. I hope this has been helpful.

support manager are lovely very caring and supportive as is the Administrator always helpful and polite. Meals are always presented in high standards.
