Overall Experience

Gracelands is like an extended family warm and welcoming from the moment you enter the building, staff are friendly and polite. This year is such a hard year for everyone and Gracelands have been amazing in keeping everyone safe and caring for residents well being and safety, and making the family feel as involved as possible. While choosing a care home for my gran in 2018, was the most difficult decision I’ve ever had to make. From the moment I walked into Gracelands I instantly knew it was the perfect home - so clean and welcoming, all the residents look happy. Gracelands would have so many different activities going on for family to join in. With no matter how many times you call to check on your loved one, they are happy to reassure you they are ok. I honestly cannot say enough about how grateful we as a family are for the care given by each and every member of staff - they go above and beyond.
